La Grange Thiebault is located in Miannay, 10 km from Saint-Valery-sur-Somme, in the Trie Valley, a tributary of the Somme.

A wooded region, a beautiful flower-filled village, and numerous walks are possible in the surrounding area. The house is a former barn built in the 19th century, fully restored in the authentic style of the region, with exposed beams and period roof framing.

This barn was completely dismantled, and the beams were replaced after the structural work. Ecological considerations are paramount; the villa is heated using geothermal energy with a solar water heater. Fully furnished with period regional furniture, it benefits from all modern comforts.

Fully equipped kitchen with Wi-Fi for remote working, and televisions equipped with Chromecast. Outside, you'll find a fully private heated pool and numerous terraces where you can admire a magnificent view of the valley. A gazebo allows you to dine outdoors even in rainy weather, a barbecue, a pétanque court, and a giant parasol on the upper terraces.
Reservations throughout the year are for a minimum of 2 days on weekends, 3 days on weekdays, and 7 days in July/August, from Friday to Friday.
Important information: A 25% discount is available on stays of one week or more.

Met mn 4 volwassen kinderen hier een geweldige korte vakantie gehad. Begon al bij de aardige eigenaar die ons ontving. Huis met zwembad was geweldig en de perfecte uitval basis. Kan deze vila alleen maar aanbevelen en wij gaan zeker nog eens terug.

Bon séjour dans la somme

Avons passé 4 jours avec des amis à Mianney dans une grange réaménagée. Très bien équipée, bien placée à 20 min. de saint Valéry sur somme. Propriétaire avenant et bienveillant. Toutefois il faudrait approfondir quelques points: ménage ( toile d araignées et calcaire sur les douches er robinetteries) En résumé, très bon gîte et séjour.

Nous sommes ravis de notre séjour dans le logement de Philippe. Nous avons été très bien accueillis. Le logement est plein de charme et très bien équipé. Il doit être aussi agréable été comme hiver avec la cheminée. Dommage qu’il ne soit pas mieux isolé phoniquement. Nous le recommandons vivement.

La maison correspond à la description. Un accueil chaleureux du propriétaire. Pour 6 personnes, dont un bébé et un enfant de 9 ans la maison était parfaite. Assez spacieuse afin que chacun puisse être à son aise. La terrasse couverte permet de prendre le petit-déjeuner à l'extérieur et de profiter des annexes de la maison. Très belle région. Nous avons passé un agréable séjour. Merci

Exçellent week end prolongé en famille dans un gîte de grande qualité

Miannay un joli petit village à quelques kilomètres de la mer. Un très beau gîte avec des prestations de très belles qualités - c'est comme à la maison, les propriétaires ont tout prévu y/c les ingrédients nécessaires à la cuisine. Le lieu est très calme et la vue depuis le salon et les chambres est dégagée. En clair nous conseillons ce lieu et sommes prêt à y retourner. Merci également pour l'accueil

Beautiful relaxing holiday home

Beautiful Holiday home, thoughtfully and tastefully decorated and furnished. As a family of six, including two children, this house had all the space we needed, all mod cons and home comforts. Set in a beautiful area with great options in all directions to explore. The house was clean and tidy and with all bed linen and towels provided it made it very easy to just settle in. Owner was very helpful and gave us a tour of the house on our arrival and made sure we had everything we needed. Thanks Phillipe we had a great time!

Long WE dans cette superbe bâtisse refaire entièrement à neuf. L'accueil était très agréable et la maison, tout confort, est refaite avec beaucoup de goût. Nous avons apprécié l'espace de vie, les 3 salles d'eau dont une avec jacuzzi, l'espace extérieur avec le barbecue et le parasol chauffant. Excellente adresse, nous reviendrons sûrement.

Gite très bien situé pour découvrir la région... Grand, propre et fonctionnel, les enfants peuvent profiter de l'extérieur quelque soit leur âge puisque le jardin est clos... La literie est de qualité, ce qui n'est pas toujours le cas dans les locations... (en revanche, l'isolation intérieure est quasi inexistante, donc on entend d'une pièce à l'autre...) Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour... à refaire!

Excellente

Maison très accueillante et très bien équipée. De plus il est agréable de ne pas avoir à se soucier du linge, les lits sont faits à l'arrivée. Je recommanderais cette location à des amis. Nous connaissions déjà la Baie de Somme, et n'avons pas donc pas revisité, c'était surtout pour nous l'occasion de passer un week-end entre amis, ce qui n'exclut pas un petit tour à St Valéry et au Crottoy.

Très agréable séjour !

La maison est très bien située et joliment décorée. Rien à dire côté équipements, nous n'avons manqué de rien ! L'accueil s'est très bien passé et les propriétaires sont arrangeants et disponibles pour répondre aux éventuelles questions Une location que nous recommandons !
