Hill top Location overlooking town and Kailua Bay. 4-bedrooms, 2-baths with a 2-car, carport. A cool, approximate 1,800 ft. elevation. Located on a coffee farm. All rooms have vaulted ceilings. Living room is open to Kitchen, has a bar that opens up kitchen to the living room, with a dining area to the side. Hard wood floors through main living area. Big Screen TV,There is picnic tables and BBQ outside to enjoy view and experience the unique Kona coffee farm. 12 to 14 minutes to town and 15 to 17 minutes to airport. 3 bedrooms have a king bed and the fourth bedroom has a bunk bed with twin on top and double on bottom and a 3rd twin pull out.
