We had a wonderful stay at Janie’s place in Kailua Kona! From the moment we arrived, it truly felt like a home away from home. The house was comfortable, welcoming, and had everything we needed for our stayThe pool was a huge highlight, especially for the kids, and was the perfect place to relax after a day of exploring the island. The location was fantastic central to everything we wanted to see and do, while still being a great place to come back to and unwind. One of our favourite parts was the amazing sunsets from the deck and pool over looking the beautiful ocean. Janie was a wonderful host, communication was perfect and we really enjoyed our time here. We would highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the Big Island and would happily stay here again!A hui hou

Beautiful home with amazing privacy, deck, and outdoor spaces. The pool is smaller than it appears in photos and is solar-heated by the sun (no solar panels), so it was a bit chilly on some days. The house itself is spacious, and the host was excellent—very responsive.

Great location and the perfect stay!

First time to Kona and this house was perfect. We have a family of 6 so it fit us perfectly with an open concept and plenty of outdoor space I would highly recommend and will probably stay here again the next time.

Beautiful home in a wonderful and convenient location. Our family of 10 was so comfortable and entertained. We LOVED the pool, enjoyed seeing the wild chickens and thought the frog and bird sounds were a nature sound system. Can't wait to visit again.

Gorgeous view and comfy house!

Swam twice a day and enjpyed the outdoor patio dining! Very relaxing stay. Beds were so comfortable! Kitchen had everything you need!

Kona Palisades Paradise

We loved our stay. It was a comfortable place with plenty of room for our family. The location was good and getting around the Kona Coast area from there was fairly easy. The pool and yard was great. We enjoyed our stay there emensely.
