This house is a real Gem, you can sit and watch the surfers from your deck. It's comfortable, spacious, relaxing, and well-stocked: You will feel very spoiled staying at the Ocean Breeze Kona Home. This property is in an ideal location for enjoying the Big Island as you can walk to the Ocean, beaches, shopping, the Saturday farmers market, golfing, fine dining, casual restaurants, and many water activities. The Ocean Breeze Kona Home is located in a well established small community of homes built along the Keauhou Bay. This is a great spot in a safe neighborhood and just a few miles from downtown Kailua Kona. It is a single family dwelling and nothing is shared with others.

I am a long time resident of Hawaii, a Pediatrician, with a love for the tropics, Paddling and all that Hawaii has to offer. I moved to Connecticut so my girls could go to better schools and I hope to retire in Kona some day in my empty nest years.

This property is ideally suited for living a Tropical Lifestyle as well as being close to medical facilities, fine restaurants, shopping and lots of water activities. From here you can take long beautiful walks by the water, walk to a Farmers Market, to the movies or to go Golfing.

What makes this property unique
As soon as you walk through the front door you will see why I fell in love with this house. The ocean breeze, the warm balmy nights, the proximity to fun, food and frolicking all caught my fancy and I had to buy it. This was 25 years ago .... you might say, it's a keeper.
