Interior Highlights

The home features an open-concept living area with vaulted ceilings, tile flooring, and large sliding doors that frame the spectacular coastline views. The living room flows seamlessly into the dining area and fully equipped kitchen, complete with granite countertops, modern appliances, and plenty of space for preparing meals at home.

The primary bedroom offers a California King bed and an ensuite bathroom with a jetted tub and walk-in tile shower. Two additional guest bedrooms each feature queen beds, and every bedroom includes a television for added comfort.

Air conditioning is available in the living room and all bedrooms. Please note that AC units are preset and do not go below 74°F.

Outdoor Living

Outdoor living is where Akoa Place truly shines. The infinity pool overlooks more than 180 degrees of coastline, creating a stunning backdrop for swimming, relaxing, and sunset watching. The stone lanai provides space for lounging and dining outdoors, while the lava rock barbecue and outdoor shower make island-style living easy and enjoyable.

The view, the outdoor living & eating space, the pool, the landscaping. The house was exactly how it is listed on line. Plenty of space for 5 people. Extremely clean and well stocked. But the best part was the outside patio area! We spent every morning and evening outside with the incredible view and pool. It really is amazing! I don’t think we could have wanted for anything more! Highly recommend!

The house is in a great neighborhood in Kailua-Kona. We felt very safe and the house was exactly as described. A few items that would make it better for a long stay: more towels and blankets are needed for 6 people; and we should have the option to heat the pool!!

Our family had a great stay at this property. The location is great for going places in town, as well as south and north of property. Nice to get away from crowds and sit by the infinity pool. Used the snorkel and beach gear multiple times.

Beautiful views! The house was very comfortable for 3 adult couples. The kitchen was at the top end of rental kitchens I've experienced. Just a few minutes in the car to things in Kailua. Kona Coast was very professional. We would definitely go back!

The pool is the highlight- its a great size for the kids to play while the adults sip drinks in the loungers placed in the shallow water! The house is large and well situated for multiple families. The kitchen is well stocked and has everything you will need. Enjoy!

The property location was great. Great views and a very comfortable house for our families one week stay. Our grandson surely made use of the pool. Spacious for the three generations to have space when needed. They could use a better cleaning company though. But nothing a little sweeping and vacuuming couldn’t take care of. Overall I would definitely lease this property again.

We were very pleased with everything this house offered. Clean, quiet and very easy to relax. Only access with codes, we felt safe. This home was beautiful and spacious. The house came well equipped with dishes and cooking utensils. Also, it had beach towels for each of us. Since we flew in, we appreciated the initial stock of hand soap, paper towels and toilet paper. This home provided beautiful views. We loved enjoyed our morning coffee and dinner on the lanai. This home is located very close to downtown Kona (5 minute drive, if that). We would definitely rent this place again!

I recently had the most incredible stay at Akoa Place, and I can’t recommend it enough! From the moment I arrived, I was blown away by the stunning panoramic ocean views—watching the sunset from the infinity pool was truly magical.The home itself is spacious, beautifully designed, and immaculately clean. The open floor plan, vaulted ceilings, and large sliding doors let in so much natural light, making the space feel warm and inviting. The bedrooms were incredibly comfortable, and the master suite with the jetted tub felt like a private spa retreat.One of my favorite parts of the stay was the outdoor area. The lanai was perfect for morning coffee, the lava rock BBQ made grilling in the evenings a treat, and the lush tropical landscaping gave the whole property a secluded, peaceful feel.The location was fantastic—tucked away in a quiet, gated community, yet still close to great snorkeling spots, restaurants, and shopping. It felt like the perfect balance of privacy and convenience.Every detail in this home has been thoughtfully considered, from the well-stocked kitchen to the little touches that make it feel like a luxury escape.
