The outdoor bed is perfect for lounging or sleeping under the stars but isn’t included in the official bed count.

• King beds are made prior to arrival.
• Sleeper sofas & air mattress include bedding but are guest-set.
• Optional pre-made setup available for $100 (48-hour notice required).
• Follow check-out instructions or request a $100 cleaning checkout service.

Security & Property Rules
Cameras are for exterior security only and never monitor guest activity.
Please keep the front gate closed—this ensures privacy and prevents others from accessing the tidepools through the property.
