Welcome to the "Syrah" gîte, located in the "Le Chant des Pierres" estate, a green setting in Saint-Pierre-des-Champs, a charming village in the Aude department just a few minutes from the medieval city of Lagrasse.
Here, everything invites you to disconnect and recharge your batteries.
From our privileged location, discover the wonders of the Corbières and the Cathar country, on a hike or in the footsteps of exceptional historical sites.

Your accommodation:

The "Syrah" cottage offers a comfortable, bright and warm space of 60 m², ideal for accommodating 4 people, whether with family or friends. Your well-behaved pet is accepted.

Inside you will find:

• 2 double bedrooms: one with a queen size double bed (160 x 200 cm), the other with two twin beds (separable according to your needs),
• a large modern bathroom with walk-in shower,
• a fully equipped kitchen, where a welcome kit and a welcome gift are waiting for you,
• modern comforts: Wi, TV to connect your PC to, stereo with Bluetooth, reversible air conditioning and ceiling fan in the rooms
• on request, a cot with sheet and a high chair are provided free of charge
(up to 3 years old).

Outside, you will enjoy:

• a private garden of ± 25 m² and a shaded terrace of ± 15 m², without vis-à-vis,
equipped with furniture, deckchairs and a Weber gas barbecue,

• a magnificent shared swimming pool (maximum 10 people), nestled in a scrubland setting. The swimming pool is open from June to September with deckchairs available and umbrellas for all,
• the vast Chant des Pierres estate, offering direct access to many hiking trails, and
• a private car park and a closed garage for your bikes or motorbike.

Practical services:
A washing machine is at your disposal if necessary, as well as outdoor drying racks for laundry.
Linen is provided (sheets, bath, pool and river towels, kitchen towels)

Travellers' access:

The "Le Chant des Pierres" estate is located at the end of a cul-de-sac, in the immediate vicinity of the village church. You can access the gîte by car and we will guide you to park.

Important information:

• From mid-June to mid-September. The gîte is available for weekly stays,
exclusively from Saturday to Saturday (arrival from 4 pm and departure for max. 11 am)
