Nous contestons la facturation obligatoire "Frais de nettoyage" de 50,00 alors que mon épouse et moi avons passé notre première journée à nettoyer la maison (cafetière non vidée et entartrée, frigo très sale, micro-ondes, étagères et table de salon recouverts de vielle crasse).Habituellement nous ne prenons jamais l'option ménage car nous sommes maniaques, et repassons systématiquement après la femme de ménage.Nous rendons toujours l'appartement (ou la maison) plus propre que nous l'avons trouvé.Je vous demande de bien vouloir nous rembourser les frais de nettoyage de 50,00 !Cordialement

Tout d'abord les frais de nettoyage de 50 euros sont facultatifs et non imposés, à vous de voir si vous faites vous même le ménage vous n'aurez pas à payer les 50 euros. Concernant la propreté de la maison vous indiquez que vous avez passé votre première journée à faire le ménage vous exagérez fortement, le frigo est toujours propre nettoyé et désinfecté, la crasse sur la table c'est impossible tout est nettoyé méticuleusement après chaque départ de locataires, je vois bien que votre seul but est de vous faire rembourser par Abritel l'argent du ménage, vous n'êtes pas honnête j'espère ne plus vous revoir. Cordialement .
