Welcome to the Mountain! Tahoe Seasons Resort is a magical alpine location perfect for family quests, mountain and snow sports, and secluded retreats. We are located only 150 yards from Heavenly Mountain’s ski lifts and just a mile down the mountain to Lake Tahoe’s beaches, championship golf courses, casinos, shopping, and dining.

When the snow falls, you can be on the slopes in no time with a visit to our lobby’s ski & board rental shop. We outfit beginners to intermediate. After a day in the snow, return to the resort and warm up in the outdoor, steaming mist, hot tub, or by the lobby’s large fireplace.

Our 183 rooms have separate sitting and bedroom areas. There is a large bathroom with a combined soaking tub/shower, a private lavatory, and a linen closet. Each unit includes two TVs, a DVD player, premium cable, mini-fridge, microwave, wet bar, coffee maker/coffee pack, starter pack of microwaveable bowls and plates, napkins, plasticware, and paper towels, 4 person dining table with chairs and most rooms have a gas fireplace. 365 days a year, energetic guests enjoy swimming in a beautiful outdoor, heated pool and relaxing in the bubbling hot tub. If your focus is cardio, be sure to check out our 6th-floor fitness center. Discover your motivation on a BH treadmill or elliptical, equipped with the latest Apple and Android Smartphone and Tablet technology. You can pump up or stretch out on the pulley weight system, free weights, fitness balls, and exercise mats. Tune into your Zen with a complimentary Yoga session led by a professional instructor.

In the spring, summer, and early fall head to our rooftop for a high altitude panoramic view, tennis/pickleball, shuffleboard, sundeck lounge, and other fun for all activities. Beginning at our front door are a few of America’s most beautiful hiking and biking trails. After sunset, move the activity indoors to the 24-hour video arcade game room and pool table. Looking to unplug the kids from their electronic devices and connect with each other, check out a board game from the Bell Desk, or pick up a book in the guest library.

On-site food options include our convenience market stocked with grab-and-go sandwiches, snacks, beverages, and some microwaveable foods. A Coffee Bar is open in the am, enjoy pastries from a local bakery, a variety of grab-and-go breakfast options, or made-to-order breakfast sandwiches to go! Specialty coffee drinks to enjoy. If the weather is perfect for alfresco dining, fire up one of the rooftops or poolside gas barbecue grills. The Bell Desk can provide barbecuing utensils and they are happy to refill the ice in your chests.

Parking is limited on our mountain top, and during snow season there is no street parking. Tahoe Seasons Resort provides complimentary, valet-only parking. The vehicle height limit is 6 feet 5 inches in our underground garage.
