Holiday house in beautiful south - west facing
The house is located in the archipelago Solsidan Karlskrona on the west side of the island Sturkö. In a beautiful south - west facing position located directly above the small harbor Sanda, you have a mile-wide unobstructed views of the Djupasund, the Baltic Sea to the mainland.
Here, in the heart of Gäddriket the conditions for an exciting fishing holidays are perfect. Even from Hafenanleger you have good opportunities to fish with lures and bait for perch and pike. Front of the property is the own jetty.
From the small investor in Sanda there in the summer months a ferry to the city center of Karlskrona, a UNESCO - World Heritage site, or even in the wonderful nature reserve of the eastern archipelago. Book a Skärgårdstur!
On the island there are Sturkö bike riding and good hiking opportunities.
Solsidan Gård
Solsidan Gård is one of the oldest property in the small traditional fishing village of Sanda. It is situated on a calm residential street, just to the north, there are direct neighbors.
On the property is a main house, the historic "Vormannshaus" that is not rented. Behind it is a typical old barn where in former times the workshop and a fridge were.
The house Solsidan was originally an old horse and cow shed. In the 60's it was converted into a modern apartment building and completely renovated in 2014.
A stylish decor, minimalist design, open spaces with stairways, many large windows allow a panoramic - views of the sea and the Swedish countryside.
The open design of the stairs without railings, the house is unfortunately not suitable for families with small children!
Approximately 20 m below the property is your own jetty. In the harbor there is a boat slip.
Equipment
The ground floor is furnished with a modern fully fitted kitchen with open dining area. There is a separate utility and a utility room with washing machine, guest - WC, library, living room with fireplace, open stairs to the upper floor.
In the first Floor are the master bedroom with double bed, a second bedroom with three single beds, two bathrooms with shower and toilet and a storage room.

An open fishing boat (4,3 meters, 5 hp) can be rented through Sturkö Cyckelservice.
The line of the archipelago boats operates during the summer months from 01. June to 31 December. Of August. Sturkö there is bridge to mainland Europe and with the car, the distance to Karlskrona 28 km away. Here you will find u. A.
