About this property

Vacation with sea view and private beach

At a beautifully located garden property with open and sunny southwestern aspect you will find this smart holiday home, dating from 2003. From the panoramic windows of the holiday home as well as from the sunny terrace you will have a fantastic view of the sea, where you can enjoy the sunset over the Hallarum bay and experience romantic hours. Between the house and the sea there is a pasture in the form of a meadow which is used in summer as paddock and wich borders on a lovely oakwood. The distance to the beach is only 150 meters and you will reach it over a gravel path. You can choose between a rocky beach with an own bathing jetty and a child-friendly sandy beach. You will have access to a boat and to bicycles, if you want to do so, you can even bring along your own horse.



In the surronding you will find excellent fishing waters and several golf courses. In the village of Jämjö, 2 kilometers away from the house, you will find a supermarket with a wide range of articles and customer-friendly business hours, a library, doctor´s practices and a chemist´s shop. The summer town of Karlskrona is about 20 kilometers away. It is the residence town of the Blekinge landscape which was built on several islands. Since 1998 the town center belongs to the UNESCO world cultural heritage.



Also the town of Kalmar and the sun island of Öland are not too far away. You will reach them after 70 kilometers.

Wonderful stay

The house is very nice located, calm and close to the water and within a few minutes by car to get all you need for living. Great view from the living room and terrace to the see. Very kind owner and very easy check in.

Das Haus hat eine traumhafte, ruhige Lage. Auch wenn das Äußere nicht mehr ganz top ist, tut das der Erholung keinerlei Abbruch. Die Rinder auf der Weide am Haus, der superliebe Hund der Vermieter, ein kleiner Strand zum Baden oder zum Starten zu einen Ausflug mit dem Ruderboot und zum Genießen der Sonnenuntergänge - das macht den Urlaub perfekt. Auch Nächte ohne Kunstlicht zum Genießen des Sternenhimmels findet man heute nur noch selten. Auch im Haus ist alles, was man braucht. Die Kommunikation mit den Vermietern war perfekt, bei Fragen / Problemen waren sie gleich erreichbar.

Eine wunderbare Woche in Krokvik

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt! Das Haus ist sehr gemütlich und liebevoll eingerichtet, die Küche super ausgestattet. Auf der Veranda ist es herrlich, man schaut auf die Bucht mit vielen verschiedenen Seevögeln, und auf Wiese und Weide mit den hübschen Kühen. Einfach traumhaft! Vom Wohnzimmer aus hat man den gleichen tollen Blick.Die Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich, und die feine Hofhündin, die immer irgendwo im Gras liegt, ist das i-Tüpfelchen.Zum Erleben wird für jeden Geschmack und jedes Wetter etwas geboten. Wir sind viel gewandert, haben eine schöne Schären-Rundfahrt gemacht und waren im Marinemuseum in Karlskrona.Für Familien mit Kindern und/oder Hunden ist es hier wirklich super! Und für jeden der die Natur liebt und sich wunderbar erholen möchte. Wir kommen gerne einmal wieder!

Hallo, wer ruhige und Naturnahe Nähe möchte, der ist dort richtig am Platz! Wir hatten so eine stille nicht erwartet, aber sie wahr traumhaft. Das Wetter hat sogar super mitgespielt! Das einzige was in Zukunft angepackt werden sollte, ist das Haus! Hier müssten ein paar Schönheitsreparaturen durchgeführt werden! Sonst war alles gut. Der Blick von der Terrasse aufs Gelände mit den Rindern, Vögeln und die Ostsee, ein Traum! Lg Karsten

Willkommen im Paradies - Natur pur!!

Es war ein wunderschöner Urlaub! Absolute Ruhe - kein Lärm, keine Autos - dafür mitten in einer herrlichen Landschaft. Hochlandrinder vor der Veranda beim Frühstücken, Vogelgezwitscher und ein zutraulicher großer Hund der Vermieter zum Knuddeln! Direkt vor der Haustür ein schöner kleiner Wanderweg. Karlskrona und auch Kalmar oder ein Elchpark sind nicht weit weg. Wir planen, auf jeden Fall nochmal wiederzukommen!

Ein schönes Haus am Wasser für einen entspannten Urlaub

Der Aufenthalt war super, es hat alles reibungslos funktioniert was die Anreise und die Abreise betrifft. Wir waren 5 Nächte dort zu zweit, das Bett war in Ordnung und die Küche war super ausgestattet. Die Kaffeemaschine war eine Filtermaschine und die Spülmaschine war auch sehr nützlich. Die Veranda war schön eingerichtet zum draußen sitzen, grillen und frühstücken. Das Haus ist schön abgelegen aber in 5 min ist der nächste Einkaufsmarkt zu erreichen mit dem Auto. In der Umgebung gab es viele Vögel auf dem Wasser und die Kühe in der Umgebung waren Super süß. Das Haus kann man sehr empfehlen um ein paar Tage zu entspannen, als Familie sicherlich auch sehr schön für Kinder die gerne Tiere mögen.

Kleines Paradies

Absolute Ruhe in dem Naturreservat und ein sehr gemütliches Haus. Die Besitzer des Anwesens (das Besitzerhaus steht etwas abseits und stört nicht) waren in der Woche nur am Ankunftstag da zur Übergabe und weil sie wahrscheinlich mal nach den Hochlandrindern auf der angrenzenden Wiese schauen mussten. Anfang September haben wir noch täglich das Schwimmen in der Ostsee am eigenen Zugang genossen. Schönes Fahrradtourengebiet.

Wunderbare Lage

Schönes Ferienhaus in ruhiger Lage mit schöner Aussicht. Wem der Trubel der Stadt fehlt: Karlskrona ist nur 20 Autominuten entfernt.
