Great first-floor 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom apt in gated building in the 1er arrondissement. Location is fantastic - walking distance to many good neighborhood restaurants, a taxi stand, the metro, markets for groceries/any household necessities, shopping in Samaritaine and the Marais boutiques, and of course the Louvre and Pompidou Museums. Quiet despite proximity to action. Washer-dryer in the apt is very useful/helpful. The hosts are pleasant and quick to respond.

This property is all you need for a great stay in Paris.. location, location, location. Air conditioning is amazing. Very safe with Uber, taxi or train to see the city. Host was extremely responsive in very timely manner. Very accommodating for checking in and luggage storage. Great vacation property!

Johanna and Michael were extremely timely in responding to my many questions, We loved how spacious the apartment was and how much storage space there was. The kitchen had great appliances. A few bowls would be nice. We had a hard time learning how to use washer/dryer. Rug in living room has stains and should be cleaned or replaced. 1st bathroom sink needs work. There is a step down from the dining/kitchen to living room which is not mentioned in the description. I am semi-handicapped and this was difficult. A better description of check in process would have helped. The taxi left us at the curb in a downpour and we had no idea exactly where the apartment was located. An abundance of restaurants are within walking distance, It was a quiet area and sleeping was no problem. All in all we enjoyed our stay and hope the few issues I'm mentioning can be addressed.

Wonderful 6 night stay. Great check-in process. Rep walked us through features of apt. Well equipped, quiet & ver comfortable. Great area with lots of restaurants, stores, etc. Management group was extremely responsive to requests. 5 stars on everything. Would definitely stay here again. Thanks!

Very Nice Accomodations in Paris

Our stay at Sublime Apartment in Les Halles district was lovely! Initial issue within unit but addressed same day; communication very responsive and hands on as required. We would definately stay again as an alternate to hotel accomodations in the city. Thank you for the accomodations.
