Top floor with unobstructed view of the gulf with a front row seat to see the sunrise. This 3 bedroom, 3 bath is the perfect getaway! We have a new elevator. This renovated unit has been completely remodeled with new interior and exterior paint, light fixtures, flooring and appliances. The furniture is high end and comfort was a priority. The beach walkway is directly next to the condo. The largest floor plan in Pointe West has plenty of room for your family and friends. Access to all of the wonderful Pointe West amenities. Wristbands are required for access and cost $25 per person over the age of three and are good for your entire stay. From the lazy river, infinity pool, gym, game room, trails, fishing pond, pickleball court and basketball court you have plenty of options to choose from. The fitness room and game room are currently being remodeled.

Hi! I'm Annagrace and I am a long term and short term property manager. My husband and I have two young boys and we have been traveling to Pointe West for years. We knew we wanted to purchase a property and looked for two years until one finally came up that was exactly what we wanted.

Why they chose this property

We love this condo because of its' unobstructed view of the ocean from almost every window. The patio is large and has plenty of room for a large group. Whether it is sipping coffee in the rocking chairs, or having dinner at the table you have the perfect setting to enjoy these.
We have done extensive renovations in the past year. The entire interior has been painted(walls, trim, and ceiling) and accent walls have been added. All of the kitchen appliances are new as well. We have replaced the flooring, mirrors and light fixtures. We selected comfortable mattress and couches because this is our home away from home as well.
The layout is comfortable for multiple families. The main bedroom is on one side of the condo with a large private closet. The closet is big enough for a pack n play to be set up in. On the other side of the condo are two bedrooms, one also having its' own private bathroom.
The kitchen is spacious with plenty of room for cooking and being able to move around.

What makes this property unique

We think we have the best view on the island! There are no building in the way and there is a decent amount of space to the next condo. Since we are on the top floor it there is no noise from the floor above you. It feels very private even though you are at a resort.
