Luxury Beachfront Home!-Sea Brooke

Sea Brooke is a 4 bedroom, 4 bath cottage tastefully decorated with a coastal flair that sleeps 10 people. The home features a gourmet kitchen that is fully equipped, three dining spaces (one indoor and two outdoor) and a spacious living room with a 55 inch flat screen TV.

There is a king size bed in the master bedroom with en suite bath, 42” flat screen TV and a large balcony. There are 3 additional guest rooms, 2 with queen beds, one has a private bath and the other has a bath located in the hallway. The bunk room has 1 set of bunks and a twin and trundle for a total 4 twins. The bathroom for the bunk room is in the hallway.

Enjoy amazing, unobstructed views of the gulf from both balconies, including sunrises every morning and the sights and sounds of the waves rolling onto the beach.

Pointe West is a resort destination that is at the far west end of Galveston Island near San Luis Pass. It's about 20 miles west of 61st and Sea Wall Blvd. Pointe West is a great place for a getaway. There's something for everyone. There are 2 pools - a large one at the Beach Club and a lazy river pool on the bay side, hot tubs, a recreation room, fitness room, fire pits, and much more.(***Must purchase wristbands from Pointe West- Additional fee***)At Pointe West you will find everything you need for a relaxing fun filled family vacation. Whether you spend your time on the island’s most beautiful beach, in the pool at the beachside resort or floating the lazy river at the bay side resort area, there is something for everyone.

Wonderfully located gem

Great location, beautifully decorated and well maintained 4 bedroom home in the Pointe West community. No negatives at all, the house was clean, the views were great kitchen was well appointed. Will try to stay there next time.

Great Beach House

We stayed at this property in July 2021 and again this summer (July 2023). It is well kept, beautifully decorated, and spacious. The sea winds flow nicely to the two balconies that look derectly to the beach. It has everything you are looking for and is a perfect beach getaway.

Great stay for a beach vacay

We had a great time at Sea Brooke! The house was perfect for a relaxing time with our family of 6. Linens and towels were in great shape, and the kitchen provided all necessary pots and pans, appliances, and gadgets to make great meals. The porches were so relaxing and the provided wonderful views and sounds of the ocean. The proximity to the beach club (pool, etc in close driving distance - extra charge, but worth it) was a plus. We would definitely stay here again!

Our favorite house!

This is our second summer staying at this house and we loved it again! The house has everything we needed and fits our family great. There is nothing better than sitting out on the balcony for dinner with family and a nice breeze. We will definitely be back!

5th Annual Trip to Pointe West

This was our first year renting a house, instead of a condo. We enjoyed it very much! The mosquitos were quite a nuisance, but aside from that, we couldn't have asked for anything more....

Great spot!

Really great spot for a nice family beach vacation. Great space in the comfortable bedrooms and baths. Awesome back patios. Has everything you need in the kitchen. A few minute walk to the beach which was never overly crowded. Nice backyard space too for kiddos to play. Busy neighborhood but not annoyingly so. Overall great experience!

Great beach get away1

Our three day stay at this location was great. With four bedrooms and bathrooms we had plenty of room for our family get together. The house was clean and had plenty of cookware and dishes. The house overlooks the dunes and beach with beach access just several houses down then about a 100 yard walk out a boardwalk to the beach. No vehicle access to this area of the beach with the exception of trash pick up trucks. Lots of great walking on the beach!

Our 2nd Visit to this Perfect Beach House!

We stayed at this property a year ago and loved it so much that we came back again for Spring Break 2022. The communication with the host and property manager is excellent, the house has everything you could need (including board games for rainy days, sand toys, and all pots/pans needed for cooking), and the proximity to the beach just can't be beat. Plenty of room for 2 teenagers, my BFF and my 77 YO dad...we could spread out when we needed privacy, but the living room/dining room and balconies were also great places to hang out together. My boys are already asking about next year. Highly recommend!

We had a great time at a beautiful spot.

What a beautiful spot great view of the ocean and it was so great to be so close to the walk bridge to the beautiful private beach. When we arrived we didn’t had the code to the house right away. We received it after we try to contact the property manager a couple times. The house is very well equipped for the number of people we were with We cooked at the house everyday and everything was there. We even brought our own baby bed and high chair we could have left that at home because It was there. We loved the two large chairs at the upper deck so nice to sit there in the morning and enjoy the sunrise. Also it was great that the lower deck had a large table and some great comfortable outdoor benches to sit. Great family place!

Needs updating and better management

I frequently stay at Galveston, and for the condition of the property, this home is overpriced. First off it has a weird smell when you walk in which is a combination of mold and mildew. The towels in the primary bedroom were all stained with what looked like blood! Every single one! The electricity went out and while trying to contact the owner/manager, we did not get a response. We still haven’t got one and it’s been past 24 hours.

Beach house

Love the location

This is our 4th or 5th time staying at this house. We love the location and the views. It’s very easy to get to the beach and the breeze on the patio is wonderful! The pools at Pointe West are wonderful.
