Appartement très bien situé proche des différentes plages et de Carnac-plage, tout se fait en moins de 10 minutes.La terrasse en rez de jardin est également appréciable.L'ajout d'une machine à laver serait très appréciable ainsi qu'un point wifi car le réseau n'est pas bon dans l'appartement.
