Charming little house in a quiet area a stone's throw from the very popular Vieilles beach accessible on foot in 5 minutes. Located in the heart of the village of La Croix in a small dirt path, it has a small garden, a very pleasant south-facing terrace and even a bowling green!

Thanks to its location, it offers both proximity to the most beautiful beach on the island, but also very pleasant walks or bike rides along the wild coast. The main cycle path crosses the island from the exit of the house to Port Joinville via Saint Sauveur facilitating access to all amenities in safety and absolute calm!

The house contains 1 separate bedroom (1 double bed - new Epeda bedding) with plenty of storage space and a mezzanine for children with 2 single beds under the roof - 1.5m high (new Epeda bedding). The 20m² living room intelligently integrates the kitchen and the living room with a sofa bed if needed. You will also find a shower room and a separate toilet.

This house is small but very functional, here are the different integrated services:
