The modern semi-detached house is one of the larger holiday units in the forest settlement Korswandt.

A modern cottage in a rural style, invites up to 5 people to spend their holidays there. The house is located directly on the edge of the forest Korswandt. A lot of peace and direct proximity to nature promise a relaxing stay. On the ground floor there is a shower room with in-house infrared cabin and washing machine. The fully-equipped open plan kitchen adjoins the dining area, which can accommodate up to 6 people. For cozy evenings, the living room has its own fireplace. About floor-to-ceiling windows, it goes out to the terrace, which invites you to sunbathe, barbecue or just to socialize. Upstairs are two bedrooms with double beds and a room with a single bed. From the hallway upstairs a daylight bathroom with shower branches off. The house is ideal for families and holidays with a dog.

In Korswandt you can escape the hustle and bustle of the imperial baths and is still tightly connected to the Baltic Sea and the nearby Wolgastsee.

Wir sind mit 5 Personen angereist. Wir durften erst ab 16 Uhr in das Haus !!!! Und der Oberhammer war das wir 10:00 wieder raus mussten. Natürlich Besenrein, abgewaschen und tip top verlassen (hätte noch gefehlt wir hätten die Bettwäsche selbst waschen sollen). Wir haben also 70€ pro Person pro Nacht bezahlt, das hätten wir auch in ein Doppelzimmer mit Frühstück investieren können. Also Preis-Leistung nicht gerechtfertigt. Zudem uns das alles erst am Telefon mitgeteilt wurde am Anreisetag. Wir mussten vor dem Einzug die Schlüssel woanders holen (auch das wurde ich nicht gesagt). Das Haus ist kleiner als die Bilder versprechen. Auch die Freundlichkeit der Mitarbeiter in der Zentrale lässt zu wünschen übrig. Ist ist Touristenabzocke. Keine Kurtaxe bei. Auch die bautechnischen Geschichten im Haus ist mit ÄgyptenStandard zu vergleichen (für das Geld wäre es dort ne Woche all inklusive gewesen). Definitiv nicht nochmal. Positiv wäre die funktionierende Saune und das in der Küche nichts gefehlt hat. Das war’s aber auch.

Tolles Haus in ruhiger Lage

Ausstattung, vor allem in der Küche, ist top. Die ruhige Lage mit der direkten Anbindung an den Wald ist sehr gut. Einzig die Sauberkeit lässt sehr zu wünschen übrig. Boden wurde scheinbar vorher nicht gewischt. Ein paar kleinere Flecken an den Fliesen im Bad. WLAN hat nur sehr sporadisch funktioniert (was aber auch mal net schlecht ist 😬)
