Close to campus

Be cautious when walking in the floors were very wet when we checked in. House is older and a little dated but over all worked for what we needed. Check in/out process is great. The host was very quick with reply’s. Just know even though it has quite hours the houses around are college students and do get loud.

Perfect location for campus events

This property worked out perfectly for us. It was within walking distance to the campus and stadium. Close to grocery stores and restaurants. The house had a great screened in porch that we enjoyed. Perfect for seeing the students preparing for game day. It was clean and had everything as listed in the description. The person that rented to us checked in to make sure every was ok. If I ever go to an event on campus again I would definitely see if this house is available first.

FSU Student Move-In

We needed a property for a couple weeks when my daughter was involved with her sorority and moving into an apartment. It was close to campus and The Standard. Description of property was accurate and we loved our time on the screened in porch.

My name is DaSean Daniels. I am happily married to my lovely wife. We have a baby girl and a cat. I was born and raised just outside of Atlanta, GA. I attended college in Charleston, SC where I met my wife and obtained my undergraduate degree in accounting. I went on to obtain my Master's degree in accounting a year later while simultaneously getting my CPA license. My wife is registered nurse that specializes in oncology.

What makes this property unique

This is the childhood home of two of the three individuals that make up the Integration Statue that stands tall at the heart of FSU's campus. Fred and Doby Flowers are siblings that were pioneers among their peers at FSU as Fred was the first African American athlete to attend FSU and Doby was the first African American Homecoming Queen at the school.
