The most peaceful spot in the hills, but only 15 minutes to Deadwood! Tucked in a beautiful meadow in the Black Hills on a well maintained gravel road. Sit on the front or back deck and watch the deer in the pasture while listening to the peacefulness of the babbling brook nearby. Nicely furnished home nestled on 8+ acres. Plenty of room to park ATV’s, vehicles and trailers. Leave the driveway and be on forest service trails within a mile. The Mickelson Trail Kirk Trailhead is just 2 miles away for all your biking and hiking pleasure. The scenic Spearfish Canyon is just 20 minutes away. Terry Peak Ski Resort is 15 minutes to the west. 10 minutes to the North is the historic town of Lead, where you'll find museums, shopping and a grocery store. Mount Rushmore and Needles Highway Drive are 1 hour to the south.
