With the ease of access to this house all you will be saying is; “why didn’t I come sooner?”. 10 minutes to Deadwood and 5 minutes from Sturgis on well maintained paved roads which are hard to come by in the Black Hills, outside of the towns. I am a well established vacation rental owner of 12 years. I have 3 rentals here in South Dakota and 3 in Hawaii.
Why they chose this property
This house is beautiful and is in a great place for rentals. The Community is called Apple springs and is off Boulder Canyon CC, has ATV trails and is close to Deadwood and Sturgis. I hope to share the South Dakota experience with more people.
