With the ease of access to this house all you will be saying is; “why didn’t I come sooner?”. 10 minutes to Deadwood and 5 minutes from Sturgis on well maintained paved roads which are hard to come by in the Black Hills, outside of the towns. Wonderful, quiet stay in Sturgis (pre-rally to ride when less crowded). Home is beautiful, comfortable, kitchen well-appointed, bathrooms spotless, and outdoor deck very relaxing, with a great view of the Black Hills. Outdoor rear covered carport a definite advantage for motorcycle riders! Already planning on returning.Easy check-in, access. No issues at all.

This property was beautiful, clean, and quiet. It was close enough to Sturgis to not be right in town. We would stay here anytime of year!!

Beautiful location

Great place to stay in the Deadwood/Sturgis area. Location was great. Place had great amenities. Could be cleaned better we found stains, an old eyelash strip stuck to the sheets, and random bugs. Host was easy to communicate with too which was appreciated!

Great location, Great Stay!

Place was super clean, well stocked with everything you need for a vacation and great parking for the Mustangs during the Sturgis Mustang Rally. The drive to Sturgis and Deadwood are about the same in time. Loved being in the middle of the area, but have it quiet and comfortable. Ill be coming back next year!

Kool Deadwood nights stay

Overall a nice place to stay. Located close to Sturgis and Deadwood. The car port was smaller than it looked in picture so glad there wasn’t any bad weather because it would have not fit both cars under. Had a great time!

House was great.

Everything was as it was listed. Had one very minor issue with sheets for the extra bed but wasn't a big deal. Some people have had an issue with the rules of the house and the extra charges if you don't clean up after yourself. We had no problems. Treat it as if it's your house and your stuff and there won't be any charges.

Fees and cleaning

The property is lovely. But the early morning check-out time (9am) and potential extra charges if pillows are in the wrong room, furniture moved out of place, trash not removed upon leaving, washing two loads of laundry (towels washed and dried, then all sheets and pillowcases washed), cleaning the grill and careful use of the hot tub, gave our vacation a stressed undertone. We have to pay a cleaning fee up front, so I don't expect to do half the work before I leave. I personally go on vacation to get away from worry, laundry and cleaning.

Nice house in a beautiful area, looking over a golf course. Lots of deer at night. Great communication and very clean. The carport was nice as it rained a couple of days.

Property was beautiful and just as the listing showed, and said. We were all very nervous with all the rules, but assumed they were put in place due to past visitors to which the guest book did state. Overall if we ever were to come back to the area we would definitely stay here again.

This home was gorgeous and in a beautiful area. The house had everything we needed and more! Very clean and big enough for 3+ people. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend this to anyone! Definitely one to come back too!

Peaceful and scenic

The evenings here were so quiet and peaceful. We enjoyed watching the deer come out of the hills surrounding us and making their way to the brook/pond below. Since this is a newer development, there is construction going on during the day. But, even that was quiet.
