We are close to Avatar Grove, where you can enjoy Canada's Gnarliest Tree, and to Botanical Beach and Pacheedaht Beach. Enjoy the beauty of Mother Nature and all that surrounds Port Renfrew.



The cottage is at the end of a dead end road, up on a hill and offers our guests privacy. It is surrounded on 2 sides by an old growth forest, and the ocean and mountain views from the hot tub and the large deck are spectacular!



Our guests have complete and private access to the entire Cottage, Bunkhouse, the covered Hot Tub, and the spacious wrap-around deck.



Other things to note



The beds in our Cottage and the Bunkhouse are a Queen size in the bedroom, Sofa-bed in the living room is also a Queen sized, as well, with a new memory foam mattress, and 2 single beds in the Bunkhouse. There is a propane fire pit on the deck, as well as a covered barbecue area.



We just installed a gas heater indoors, as well as a new gas stove, for those days when the power goes out, so you will be warm, cozy and able to cook.



There is a General Store down the road, but you will want to do your grocery shopping beforehand. They have basic necessities, lots of snack food, and a liquor selection. If you forget something basic, they probably have it!



There will be a $300 Security Deposit PreAuthorized on your credit card, prior to your Check-in.



Our Cottage is Pet Friendly for dogs. Sorry, no cats.

Nice, Relaxing Stay in Port Renfrew

Bunkhouse was clean and wll kept. The deck was great for BBQ and sitting by the fire pit. Hot tub was nice too! Overall, we had a nice, relaxing stay.

Wonderful getaway!

A cozy, private cabin with a hot tub and fire pit! The kitchen was thoughtfully stocked and the fridge/freezer offered a lot of space for food supplies. The teens loved the hot tub and I enjoyed the selection of books on a rainy evening. The deck was very nice, with a great view and a peaceful fire pit to enjoy. Check-in and check-out were very easy. There are a lot of great beaches nearby to explore. Thank you!

Great location. Everything we needed.

We enjoyed this property! Very well appointed and all the extras considered. The large deck with the beautoful view was a huge hit and we really enjoyed the hot tub.

Setting was excellent with a large usable deck. Cabin was cozy with a rustic feel. Kitchen was well stocked. Hida couch is ready for an upgrade with springs in cushions. Hot tub is a nice setting, but would be more comfortable with chlorine/disinfectant. Overall, a pleasant stay.

Sorry for the delayed response. We are happy for the most part to see that our unit met your expectations and hope to have you back again, some time soon. On the sofa bed, it has a brand new foam mattress we installed a couple of months ago. And on the Hot Tub, we do already use chlorine, just not in a dispenser, as it gets checked after every stay. We enjoyed the location of the cottage and having the hot tub and kitchen. We found the couch almost unbearable to sit on and the beds lacking comfort as well. There were lots of dusty ceiling corners, but besides that, pretty clean. We also reached out to the host on thr first day asking a question about the wifi and never heard back.

Nice west coast cabin

We had a pleasant stay at the cabin in Port Renfrew. Had everything we needed for 5 adults. The deck and propane fire made for beautiful evenings looking out over the ocean. Hot tub was hot and clean! Well equipped kitchen! Made homemade soup and biscuits the first night and chili the second night. Enjoyed a beer in town after hiking to Botanical Beach. Ian was very communicative with important information to make our stay smooth. Great suggestion to get your groceries prior to arrival and to be aware of no cell phone service until you reach wifi at the cabin. Download the map!

The cabin and bunkhouse perfectly met our needs during our stay in Port Renfrew. Quietly tucked at the end of the road, the space was private and peaceful. Check in and out was easy and seamless. The hot tub was the perfect way to cap off days of hiking and exploring the beaches and forests in the area.

Fantastic

Spend a fantastic long weekend at this cottage. Beautiful view, kitchen had everything you need to make a meal. Most of our time was spend on the deck around the firepit enjoying that view!
