Property was easy to find, easy check in/out. Great communication with host. Quiet and cozy accommodations with a beautiful view of Mt. Whitney. Kitchen had all the amenities needed for cooking and serving.
Charming 2 bedroom manufactured home close to shopping and restaurants. Very clean with equipped kitchen. Super quiet with an excellent view of Lone Pine Peak and Mt Whitney. The beds were quite comfortable along with the rest of the house for a restful getaway.
Had a great time and everything was as advertised. Had a long trip up from San Diego. Drove right to the property, it was easy to find and easy to check in. It was 2 couples and even with the smaller house plenty of room in the main area to pack coolers for the day, serve meals, etc and not bump into one another. House was very clean and had everything for a weekend stay. Would be perfect for a base camp for hiking or seeing the town. Would absolutely stay again.
A quiet spot close to Mt Whitney and the Alabama Hills
It is a mobile home but very nicely put together. It is very quiet and clean. The host was super helpful as well. The location is great. I was on site to do some photography in the nearby Alabama Hills. The residence couldn't have been better positioned.
The home was exactly as described. There was plenty of space - with a nice sized kitchen and bath and comfy beds. The big bonus? It was close to town and only a 25-minute one-way drive to Mt. Whitney. Aside from driving to Mt. Whitney, we walked everywhere. The town grocery store (Lone Pine Market) was just about .5 miles from the house, was much bigger than expected, and had some good options for my vegan daughter. Other town favorites included Vibras for great smoothies and juices, the library, and the museum. If I'm ever back in the area, we will stay here again.
The Mt Whitney View Home was recently remodeled and it was perfect for our small group of 4 friends adventuring in Death Valley. The location was a bit of a drive to some of the features of the park, but then again, everything is a bit of a drive surrounding DV. The location is very well suited for adventuring the area around DV as well. I would stay here again 10/10.

Great location with amazing views of the mountains. Perfect stay for me and my family. Clean and safe with walking distance to grocery store and restaurants. Would definitely stay again.
We had a great time in Lone Pine thanks to our stay. The neighborhood is really nice, it was super quiet and the view of the mountains is amazing! I would definitely stay here again.
Stayed 3 nights while in the area to hike
Perfect location, close to hiking but just a short walk to Lone Pine’s Main Street
House was spotless and well appointed. Very quiet street. We would definitely stay here again
Absolutely perfect experience! Stayed here while in Lone Pine to climb Mt Whitney. Home was clean, quite, and in a perfect spot for views of Mt Whitney from the porch. I'd gladly stay here again the next time I'm in Lone Pine.
This is not a hotel. It is a small cottage located in a quiet neighborhood that is a 5 minute walk into downtown.
Rooms were larger than I expected, and the shower was good size. Well appointed.
And you can't beat the view from the front porch of Mt Whitney.
This place was absolutely perfect for our stay!! What a clean & cozy little house. The views of Mt. Whitney are tops! Communication with host was great. Highly recommend.
The place was clean as a whistle and comfortably appointed. Nice views of Eastern Sierra escarpment from the front porch. A cozy retreat in Lone Pine!

Lone Pine in November
Overall it was an OK but not great stay. In a brief phone call the owner acknowledged that the property needs a lot of work, scheduled for January. Pluses: very clean, new bathroom, convenient location for shopping, restaurants, great views of the Sierra/Mount Whitney. Minuses: its an older manufactured home with some quirky features, worn carpet and cabinets, doors sticking and one of us had to tighten up a door handle that was ready to fall off.

Great view of the mountains. It IS a mobile home, with interesting character. Heater is LOUD, and did not heat the front rooms well, but the bedroom had a toasty electric heater. We had a fun time enjoying the view from the porch. We had a good time. Lot’s to do!

Not what we thought it was
We didn’t realize that this was in a trailer park. The trailer was clean. However, it isn’t level so it seems like you are tilting to the side when you are inside of the trailer.
Didn’t spend much time inside but it was perfect for what we needed it for. Would definitely stay there again. Enjoyed working with the property manager and had a great experience.
