ABSOLUTE PERFECTION!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ By far the BEST property we’ve ever visited (and we travel a lot)! Geoff and Theresa are an absolute delight to work with. The condo is immaculate! I am a “clean freak“ and I am very hard to please when it comes to cleanliness. I was over the moon with how clean the condo is. It is beautifully renovated with attention to every detail. Check-in was seamless. Location is PRIME! The property and amenities phenomenal. We loved being able to sit on the balcony for our morning coffee and barbecue there for dinners. The pool and hot tub are sublime. The local bodega (and the owner) also deserve 10 stars. We have been visiting Santa Monica every summer for seven years. We were saddened that our previous condo was no longer available as the building has been sold. We never thought we would find another condo that would meet all of our expectations and fulfill our hearts like our old one had for so many years. Suffice it to say we have found our new Santa Monica home away from home! Book this condo now if you have the chance! Thank you Geoff and Theresa for everything! Great stay

Very good stay. Great location and apartment fully equipped. Could be better cleaned but doesn’t affect overall experience, same goes for the pool. Can’t ask for more in city like LA. Would definitely book again.

12 nights stay

My husband and I stayed in the condo for 12 nights in July. We enjoyed our stay! For a longer stay it was a perfect place: there's a nice little kitchen and possibility to wash laundry in the communal laundry room (1,25 dollars per wash/drying). There's no air conditioning, but the condo is not in the direct sunlight during the day and it cools down relatively easily when you leave the bedroom windows partly open for the night. There're also floor fans in bedroom and living room. Street parking is free with permission and that was a huge bonus to our stay because we had a rental car. Parking space was easy to find near the building on both sides of the 4th Street. The place is within walking distance from the beach, the Pier and the 3rd Street Promenade (and shops and restaurants around it). The owner Geoff was very helpful! We highly recommend this condo!

Apartment was in an excellent location in the beautiful Santa Monica area. The apartment is clean, well sized, has all facilities for a weeks vacation in LA. Geoff left great instructions on how to use the property and the get around the local area. The property also comes with a parking badge. Geoff was quick to respond to messages and very helpful. Highly recommend
