This house was part of a complex created by carpenters and cabinet-makers in the Faubourg Saint Antoine in Paris in 1907. This complex included all the houses in the two passages between rue Raspail and rue Chevreul and was called "LE REFUGE". It comprises an attractive 20 m² living room, a fitted kitchen, three bedrooms, a shower room and a garden of around 100 m². Fibre-optic Wi-Fi included.

- You'll find a separate toilet, a laundry room equipped with a washing machine, clothes line and drying rack, a barbecue, sun loungers and fans.

Outside:
- A lovely 100 m² enclosed garden with furniture to enjoy the fine weather.

The house is ideally located in Maisons-Alfort, in very pleasant surroundings. You can enjoy all the essential shops nearby, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, market...
