Fantastic stay

We rent houses in this area more often, this was our second stay in Mme Janin’s house. We’ve had a very pleasant stay. The RER is very close, the house is spacious and comfortable and it has a fantastic garden. Mme Janin is very kind. We hope to come again🙂

It is a charming house in a quite and nice neighbourhood. The host was very friendly and welcomed us warmly.We had wonderful time roaming around the area as well. In 500m, there is train station which takes you to centre of Paris and all its attractions. There are some nice bakery too, with very friendly people.

Peaceful neighborhood!

Large house in a peaceful and quiet neighborhood right outside of Paris. There is plenty of room for an entire family and easy access to shopping and public transportation. Bernadette is sweet and friendly. I would highly recommend her home to all families!

So charming you’ll want to move it!

Spacious home in a picturesque part of Paris. Small town feel, but close enough to all the sights of Paris. Explore the little town and bakery. Walk or run by the river. Great little park for kids to stretch their legs. Owners are charming! It’s just perfect. We will be back to this VRBO as soon as we can book another trip!

Amazing house

We were a family of four adults and a teenager sharing this house. There was plenty of room for all of us. The house is located very close to the RER A line. Although we had a car, we utilized the RER to go in and out of Paris, just a 20-30 minute ride. Restaurants and grocery stores are located very close as well. Bernadette was extremely helpful. She not only provided very useful information when we arrived, she also had a book prepared of important information, maps, local attractions, and even the history of the area. I would recommend this house to anyone wanting to see Paris.

We zijn hier al regelmatig geweest en vinden het een tophuis. Ruimte en rust, maar vlakbij de RER zodat we makkelijk naar Parijs kunnen.

Ideaal om Parijs te bezoeken. Binnen 15 minuten sta je op het station en voor een klein bedrag reis je in 3 kwartier met de RER naar hartje Parijs. De vakantiewoning heeft vele vertrekken en de garage voor de auto is ideaal.

Gemütliches und praktisches Ferienhaus in guter Lage; Restaurants, Bäcker und Supermärkte sind zu Fuß zu erreichen. schnelle Verkehrsverbindung nach Paris mit RER; unkompliziertes Check-in und Check-out; gute Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin. Gerne wieder mal dahin.

Great location and spacious

Nous avons bien été reçu par Bernadette. Elle était de bons conseils. Nous avons apprécié les ventilateurs durant notre séjour car il a fait très chaud. L'endroit est bine situé : tout près du RER et à bonne proximité de boulangerie et épicerie. Bref nous avons eu un beau séjour.

Paris get away

Charming place to stay to relax after a hectic day in & around Paris. Easy for the RER with great variety of shops and restaurants nearby for an authentic taste of France away from the crowds of the tourist centres.

Sehr schöne Unterkunft

Wir hatten vier sehr schöne Tage in diesem charmanten Haus, genug Platz für uns und die Familie unseres Sohnes. Alles war wie beschriebenen, toller Garten und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants gibt es im der direkten Umgebung jeder Menge.Wir haben das Auto stehen lassen können, der RER fährt gut 5 Minuten entfernt ab und hat uns stressfrei nach Paris und ins Disneyland gebracht. Die Schlüsselüber- und rückgabe hat super geklappt, Bernadette Janin hat uns sehr freundlich empfangen und verabschiedet. Alles in allem: absolut empfehlenswert!

Mit dem Fahrrad nach Paris

Bernadette war eine tolle Gastgeberin. Der Check-In richtete sich individuell nach unserer Ankunft und war sehr freundlich. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und hatten trotz der Nähe zu Paris eine sehr ruhige Unterkunft. Vom Haus aus sind es mit dem Rad an Marne und Seine entlang ca. 13 km bis zur Ile de la Cité. Die Radwege haben uns begeistert und wir haben an mehreren Tagen Paris mit dem Rad erkundet. Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt.

Excellent accueil de notre hôtesse pleine de gentilles attendu: un sapin de Noël , maison décorée …!

Lovely House with Easy Access to Paris

This is a lovely house, big, comfortable, stylish and very French. There is off-street parking for a large car in a secure garage. The garden is a pleasant place to sit in the evenings. We were so pleased with the location. The suburb is quiet and safe. There's a very big supermarket (Intermarche) just 8 minutes' walk away, and a fabulous boulangerie (La Chaumette) just 3 minutes away. The RER train into the centre of Paris is fast, regular and good value. We bought Paris Visite cards which allowed us to go anywhere in Zones 1, 2 and 3 of the transport network. (The house is in Zone 3). Usually we got off at Chatelet-Les Halles, which is convenient for many sights in central Paris. It takes 20 to 25 minutes and we were always able to get a seat. The French trains are much better than in the UK! Bernadette was a great host, very welcoming and patient with our late arrival. If we visit Paris again as a family we would definitely want to stay here. Highly recommended.

Sehr schöne Unterkunft

Wir haben uns in dem Haus sehr wohl gefühlt. Es bietet alles, was man braucht und ist sehr schön eingerichtet. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett. Man läuft ca. 5 Minuten bis zur RER. Bäcker und sonstige Geschäfte in Fußnähe.

Un pied à terre parfait pour Paris!

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié notre séjour dans cette grande maison conviviale. La localisation est très appréciable, seulement 30 min pour être en plein centre de Paris et les bords de Marne sont magnifiques au printemps! Les environs sont très calmes, les courses peuvent se faire à pied et la maison est confortable. Le jardin est bien agreable également. La maison est toute équipée et convenait parfaitement pour notre sejour en famille de 6 personnes. Nous y reviendrons avec plaisir!
