Any check-in or check-out time that differs from the following is incorrect. Check-in and check-out times for this home are as follows:

Check-In 4pm(11/1-3/14), 3pm(3/15-10/31)
Check-Out 11am(11/1-3/14), 10am(3/15-10/31)

However, we strive to get you into the home as soon as possible, so if the home is clean and ready before that check-in time, we will let you know and you may be able to get into the home early!

BEACH HAVEN at Seaside Beach: 500 Ft to Beach, Newly Renovated in 2021, BEACH HAVEN is a cozy two bedroom, pet friendly cottage is perfect for when you want to get out to the beach and still be close to everything. Only a two block walk to downtown and to the Convention Center, a 500ft stroll to the beach, and a block to Seaside Aquarium; you cannot ask for a better location! The house comes equipped with a fully stocked kitchen for all your meal-time needs! The master bedroom has a Queen bed. The 2nd bedroom offers a bunk with a Full on the bottom. Also is a futon in the living room. In the large front yard, you have a barbecue grill (available May through September) and an outside deck and fire pit to sit around and enjoy the sea air!

A MESSAGE FROM OUR FAMILY: We are so thankful for your support during these trying times. As always, if the cities of Seaside, Gearhart, or Cannon Beach prohibits us from hosting guests, your trip will be covered for a 100% refund.

By booking in advance, you are supporting the thirty families that work within our company. We appreciate you and hope you’ll consider us for your business. We are going even more in depth with our cleaning program to ensure your comfort and peace of mind during your stay. This includes using an EPA certified disinfectant as our main surface cleaner throughout the home.

Teen holiday
I took my two teens and one of their friends for the weekend and it's the perfect spot to park the car and take a break from parental taxi work! Having a key code made it super simple for everyone to have access and keep the door locked when we weren't there. We picked a couple things to intentionally do together and we each set our own agendas around that. Exactly what we needed even though we never did get to build a fire and make smores. Next time!
