Great Townhouse!

We stayed here while in Seaside for a sand soccer tournament and will absolutely look to stay here again in the years to come. It was spacious and clean and had all the amenities we needed during our stay.

People were great. They put us in a unit with a crack heat exchanger and didn’t tell us about it. Not knowing we turned on the heat and when Trane came to replace the unit an installer said you're lucky to be here. A cracked heat exchanger with the heat running creates carbon monoxide. That made my hairs on my neck stand up

We're very sorry your stay fell short of expectations. We sincerely apologize you were not informed earlier about the heater being down and for the safety concern that caused alarm. Safety is our top priority. Once we learned of the issue, we came out to the house to confirm the carbon monoxide detector was working by putting new batteries in it, and in proving that it was, confirmed you were safe. And you were very gracious with us during that interaction, thank you. The heating unit has since been repaired and is in great shape now. Thank you for bringing this to our attention — we sincerely regret the distress this caused.

Memorial getaway
