Tastefully decorated 3 bedroom 2 1/2 bath townhome located near beach, restaurants and the Promenade. Situated on the first fairway of the Seaside Golf Course with views of the southern mountains. Gourmet kitchen, granite counters, cherry cabinets. Perfect living area with large living room, gas fireplace, dining room, gas BBQ and large deck with hot tub and Plexi-glass windbreak to view the golf course. Living room has flat screen TV with expanded cable package including music channels. Master bedroom with King Bed is on the main floor with cable TV/DVD. Master bathroom has shower, plus separate large bath. The half bath and laundry room are on the main floor as well. Upstairs you will find both 2nd and 3rd bedrooms. 2nd bedroom has a King bed plus a twin day bed with flat screen TV. 3rd bedroom has Queen and 2 twin beds. The 2nd full bathroom is also upstairs and is a tub/shower combo. 2 Pets OK with $75 non refundable pet fee per pet . The house is fully fenced. Sleeps 9 maximum with parking for 3 cars.

Family girls getaway to the coast

Suited our needs perfectly. 3 generations meant that we appreciated the ground floor master bedroom and general accessibility. The lofted kitchen/dining/great room made for cozy time together cooking, eating, chatting, gaming, reading, and watching movies. Great beach access and it was nice to stay a bit away from the promenadeCrowds but within easy walking distance. Everything worked as advertised, checkout procedures were pretty minimal. Definitely recommend.

Great Place.

The property is in a great location, had everything you would need to stay for a week. Very comfortable. There was dog hair on the comfortor in the master bedroom. We pulled it off and used our own blankets. Other than that it was a fantastic stay and hope to stay there again.

Excellent Property

The only thing that could have made it better was if the view was the ocean instead of the golf course :). Great property that is well appointed/equipped. Spotlessly clean very nice rooms. We had 6 adults and 3 children (two teens) and had plenty of room for all. Hot tub worked perfectly. The deck was large and had plenty of chairs. Location is a short walk to the beach and town center is about a 2 min. drive away. Very quiet street with ample parking on the property. I highly recommend this property for a family get away.

Well equipped Beach house!

We enjoyed this place immensely. It was well stocked and perfectly laid out for our group of two families with young children. It was a short, few block walk to the beach and our kids ranging 2-5 didn’t struggle with it at all. You do have to pick up/drop off keys from a different location. While it’s not that far away it could be more convenient with the addition of a key pad or something. We would definitely stay again.

Just a little bummed

Overall it was fine. The hit tub was cold and didn't heat up until tge second day. We ran out of propane while cooking burgers. The upstairs shower drains slow. We were there on Christmas weekend. The property owner did give us 100 bucks back for the cold tub. I'm fine with it but the rest of the group is a little more bummed than I am. I guess it is what it is. We did solely book the place because it had a hot tub and a grill. And then two things that we were stoked about not working, kinda bummed.

Bad Experience

We went the past Christmas . The night was terrible, I slept downstairs and the sheets made me and my husband really itchy and the pillows were uncomfortable. The next day we check the bed and we found dog hair in the pillows and also we washed all the sheets. My family from the others room had to wash the sheets too because they felt itchy as well . Was not a good experience with the beds also my brother and I woke up with red spot in our body maybe the beds have bed bugs. The house is big and the kitchen has a good equipment but they really need to have a deep clean and we also found a lot hair in the carpet and beer cans under the sofa.

We are so sorry to hear your stay was not terrific. We sincerely strive to make all our guests experiences great and appreciate any and all feedback. This helps us to know what we did that worked well, as well as what we could have done better. We did fully rip apart all the beds, frames, inspecting mattresses and box springs entirely and found NO bedbugs or any bugs, or any signs of having been any, whatsoever. That’s good news! We are not sure why sheets were itchy for you though. We’ve not heard this before, and the laundry soap used is standard. We have reminded housekeeping to check under sofa’s, beds, etc., as this is required of them, but they must’ve missed checking under the sofa. We are so sorry about that. We’ve also purchased additional special cleaning tools to further eliminate as much pet hair as is humanly possible for a pet friendly home. Some pets just leave more hair behind and we do our best to remove it all. Your group shows 1 husky and 1 husky mix, with a note of a possible 3rd dog. No complaints after your stay so I think housekeeping probably did a good job of taking care of pet hair. Thanks again for your feedback. Nice Seaside vacation home

Very nice property. Easy to find. Small market and restaurants/cafes within walking distance. Big enough for a good sized family or group of friends. Large well equipped kitchen. Nice deck with hot tub. Deck backs up to golf course so watch out for errant tee shots. LOL
