Review of Vacation Home

Vacation home was comfortable and accommodated our kids and all adults. Host was quick to reply to maintenance needs which was only one. Hot tub was not heating and a maintenance person was out at the home within a half hoiur. Problem was resolved to our satisfaction. A little bit of TLC is needed as it is an older home but nothing major and nothing that would prohibit us from returning. We enjoyed our stay!!

Perfect for Our Group

Our group of friends has been gathering in September for 45 years, first backpacking, now mostly in rentals. Everyone thought this home was lovely - thoroughly cleaned, well maintained, thoughtfully arranged, extremely comfortable, and welcoming. We loved the firepit arrangement in front (echoing many campfires on the trail) and deck/hot tub in back (which we looked forward to, and ended up not getting to). The arrangement of kitchen, seating area, and deck was efficient and accommodating. A variety of spaces and settings for our group to gather as well as spread out. Should we need a place in Seaside again, this is where we'd go. We felt as if we were friends of the host.

Charming Beach home

We choose this house for our annual family vacation this year. 8 of us stayed here very comfortably, location was great. Just a few blocks to the prom and a little farther to be on the beach. The weather was beautiful. The house could use some updates, like a new Stove, but is a great house with firepit and hot tub. Family loved it! stove.

The house was great, everything is provided, easy, super clean, and the property owners are always so accommodating. Would definitely recommend renting any house from them! We have never had any issues ever. Always a smooth fun time!

A+ Family Gathering Place

The house and property was even better in person, and everything was just as described in the listing. Our group included three family units of 6 adults, 1 child, and 1 dog, and everyone said they were comfortable and had plenty of space of their own. I loved the quietness of the neighborhood and that the property has privacy from neighboring homes. The house is a very close walking distance from the beaches and the Prom without being on top of the busiest part of of Seaside. I highly recommend this house for a family stay in Seaside!

Great getaway at the beach

This is a lovely, well maintained and clean property. We had a great beach reunion with family and this house worked great for us. The combination of nice indoor space, a large back deck and the front yard/fire pit area all got well used. We even had a ton of fun with the ping pong table in the garage. All around excellent property and hosts. I have family members already planning to come back and rent this again.

We had a wonderful time celebrating in Seaside! The house has everything that you need, and the beach is only a short walk away. It was very clean and had plenty of space for our party to relax and enjoy our time together.

Seaside getaway

This beach house is just charming! It’s a short walk to the beach and easy to walk into town. Also has a market and a couple restaurants 2-3 blocks away. The house was exceptionally clean. The hot tub was great and the fenced back yard was perfect with our 2 dogs. It’s nicely treed and feels very private. We had smores’ at the fire pit in the front yard that amazingly, that is pretty private too. We had a great stay!

Lovely charming seaside home

Great location. Very clean and tidy. Host was very good at communicating with us. The ping pong table was a hit as well as the hot tub! The kids loved playing foosball and playing in the yard. We loved eating dinners at the big dining table. Thank you , we can’t wait to come back.

Easter at the Beach

Upon first arriving we noticed how clean and welcoming the property was. I liked the quick check-in phone walk-through to make sure we knew everything we needed to know from the get-go. The location was a quick couple blocks from the Prom. The amenities offered for a large family with 8 kids and adults of various ages was amazing. We loved the bikes, fire pit, ping-pong table, and foos-ball table. The front yard was the perfect place for an Easter egg hunt!

Oregon Coast Winter

We had a great stay at Beachy Pines house. Teenagers enjoyed the foosball, ping pong and hot tub. The fire pit was great for hot dog roast and smores. We hope to visit again during warmer weather to play cornhole and bike the promenade.

Our business area includes Gearhart, Seaside, Cannon Beach & Arch Cape. We enjoy walking around the beaches year-round, swimming in the creeks during the summer warmer months, or surfing. Some of our favorite hiking spots are Oswald West and Ecola State Park from Crest beach to Indian beach. Everywhere we go we see someone we are connected to. From going to the post office, grocery shopping, having a meal, or just shopping. Which is why we started our business Kukui House Services here. Kukui means “light” in Hawaiian.
