This is the second time we have stayed in Beth's beautiful home in Seaside.The home has absolutely everything you need. It is so comfortable and inviting the location is fabulous and Beth is a perfect host. I hope we can go again next year.

Wonderful property. Everything you could want or need this property provided. Plenty of room for 10 of us. We loved the fire pit and having the river at the edge of the property. We enjoyed watching the fish jump and the many birds making their home on the river.

Everything was perfect! Cleanliness, location, beds, comfortable bedding. Communication was wonderful. 5 of us stayed here and had plenty of room. We used the outdoor space with a bonfire. The house has all the personal touches plus it’s decorated and organized perfectly. I highly recommend the vrbo.

Charming classic beach house. Lots of room for our group of twelve. Well stocked home with a lot of extras. Host has thought of everything you need and then some. Beautifully decorated throughout. Large basement play area, perfect for our young grandchildren. Close to everything and plenty of parking. We have stayed here several times and plan to return.

This house was spectacular! The whole process was easy- from booking, to checking in, staying and checking out. Very clean house with so much space! It is equipped with everything you could need. Great view of the river and easy walk to downtown and the beach. Great experience for our party of 12!

Would highly recommend this house to anyone looking for a place to stay in Seaside. We were a group of 10 adults and 3 kids and the house was absolutely perfect. It has everything you could ever need and even things you didn’t know you may need. It was immaculate throughout the whole house. The beds were so comfortable. The kitchen was fully stocked and the bathrooms had everything one would need. I can’t say enough good things about this place. If we are ever back in this area with a group of family or friends we will definitely stay here again. Thank you Beth for everything.

Without a doubt this home is at the top of my recommendation list. The pictures don’t do it justice. The home is well kept and beautiful. The garden/yard made all of us jealous!! Apples and pears dripping from several trees. The home has an abundance of historical charm with just the right amount of modern updates. Every accommodation for your stay has been accounted for. The location is perfect with a short walk to the heart of town.

Beth was an excellent host very knowledgeable and generous. The home was perfect for our crew of 10 teenagers two adult adults. There was ample space for everyone and close proximity to all the activities and amenities in Seaside. We definitely recommend these accommodations. The grounds are lovely, the home is clean and well organized. A very relaxing trip overall.

We had the BEST stay at Beth's house. 9 of us went to the beach to celebrate the bride-to-be. The large dining room table fostered good conversation, the cozy couches allowed for great relaxation, and proximity to downtown enabled nightly walks! The kitchen was very well-stocked, and the host, Beth, was an amazing communicator. I would highly recommend this house for your vacation needs!

Great place for a family vacation. Plenty of beds, and plenty of toys, etc to keep the young ones busy. Owners are nice and communicate well.
