Note regarding Covid-19; Our cleaning crew has been cleaning for over 20 years. We have adopted CDC and Oregon Health Authority guidelines but have taken it a step further and are incorporating additional measures to provide a clean and safe environment for you and your family and friends. This home has undergone a complete renovation making it a very cozy and comfortable home to enjoy with friends and family. The home was built in 1924 and still retains the charm and character of homes built during that era. The home is over 1,700 sq. ft and features four bedrooms, sleeps 10, two full baths, large living/dining area, gas fireplace, outdoor wood burning fireplace, tile floors, 55' flat screen smart TV with surround sound, DVD, cable TV, washer/dryer, wifi and bicycles. There is security camera coverage of the front yard only. Although not ocean view, the home is in a very desirable South Seaside location just 250 feet from the beach and is a very easy walk to restaurants and shopping. Seaside has much to offer all age groups and this very comfortable home is a great location to experience it from.

NOTE: Summer stays require a 5 night minimum however shorter blocks may be available. The VRBO system has limitations showing a two night minimum. This is true except for holidays and Summers as noted under rate information.

great home, great time

We rented this home for a girls trip. The listing and pictures don't do a justice for this home. It's very clean and has everything you need. Decor and furnishings are spot on and very homey. 3 minute walk to the ocean, plenty of room for everyone to sleep, eat and relax. Would definatly rent again! Communication was great as well.

Great house very close to the beach

We had a great stay in this beautiful home. So close to the beach we walked there every night to watch the sunsets! It was very clean, had comfortable beds and everything we needed.
