It boasts views of the ocean from the two front decks, a comfortable living area with a stunning, stone encased fireplace, and a bright open modern kitchen that will make cooking a breeze. It even has a private pool table, books, board games, and a gaming system for added entertainment. Outside, you can find a convenient private gas grill for BBQs, a small outdoor dining area, and a firepit for extra comfort.

This home is two houses away from the beach for easy access. Downtown Seaside is within walking distance 0.7 miles to the south along the river where you will discover plenty of dining options. You will find about 20 chowders along with traditional American, Italian, ethnic, a variety of pubs, and a bakery. You can also visit the historic Seaside Aquarium on Seaside's Promenade where you can feed the seals, or hop on the Seaside Carousel inside the mall, where you can ride a traditional pony or one of the other playful choices.

Great set up for pets with plenty of room for kennels in the garage . Also bathroom and laundry on that level was very handy . Nice area to take off your sandy boots etc before going up to the living area. Easy and close beach access . Wonderful family home

Great location quiet and easy walk to the beach

We had a nice weekend in Seaside Haven. It was clean and uncluttered. The house is very spacious, with generous bedrooms and a very comfortable kitchen/dining/living area. We really appreciated the easy walk to the beach and the nice decks for sitting outside. The location was also quiet and peaceful. Would recommend.

Great house!

The house was really clean and well stocked. The kitchen had everything we needed! The house was well laid out and 2 masters on their own floor was wonderful. There were a lot of games and the pool table was a great hit! Having three floors was great for everyone to spread out. It was close to the beach, which was nice. We would definitely stay there again!

This home was perfect for my big family, location was great right by the beach and close enough to the town to still feel the beach life! I would 100 book again. Only downfall was a lot of stairs but we all needed that lol 😆

Super nice place, close to the beach and amenities. Nice to have a pool table and other activities to do when you can’t go out. The only downfall was we didn’t have WiFi the whole time we were there due to do the there WiFi not working.

Could use some repairs.

If the repairs are made and has a deep cleaning that is maintained it is a nice roomy home that is close to the beach access. It’s just a short drive to the Broadway strip. We felt the area was very safe.

What a wonderful home to stay in. There was 7 adults and 1 toddler and there was plenty of room for everyone. Well stocked with kitchen ware! The house was steps away from the beach! We will be back!
