It even has a private pool table, books, board games, and a gaming system for added entertainment. Outside, you can find a convenient private gas grill for BBQs, a small outdoor dining area, and a firepit for extra comfort.

This home is two houses away from the beach for easy access. Downtown Seaside is within walking distance 0.7 miles to the south along the river where you will discover plenty of dining options. You will find about 20 chowders along with traditional American, Italian, ethnic, a variety of pubs, and a bakery. You can also visit the historic Seaside Aquarium on Seaside's Promenade where you can feed the seals, or hop on the Seaside Carousel inside the mall, where you can ride a traditional pony or one of the other playful choices.
