Welcome to our quaint and comfy one-story, 2 bedroom, 1.5 bath beach home! Watch the ocean while relaxing in bed, washing dishes, having a meal, or lounging in the living room. Ocean and/or mountain views from any room in our home. Enjoy the outdoors on the back patio while sitting in our hot tub, or lounging on the outdoor furniture. Just 1/2 mile to eateries, groceries, seaside golf course and the beginning of the Seaside Promenade. Only 2 miles to Seaside Downtown. Our lovely home sits across the street from the amazing Pacific Ocean. Looking north to desired Seaside Beach and looking south to Tillamook Head. Just out front is the Seaside Cove surf spot. Enjoy the view from kitchen, living room, dining room, and from the master bedroom.


Dog fees are $15/dog/night with a $30 minimum per dog. We accept 2 dogs only.
Any additional fees owed will be added after booking. Dogs must be at least 1 year of age and spayed or neutered. The contract will note the full requirements.

We had a wonderful stay! The home was beautiful, very clean, and had everything we needed for a comfortable visit. It was clear that a lot of care goes into maintaining the property. A true gem! If you're looking for clean, comfortable, and cute - this is definitely the place to be. It feels like a home away from home and the location cannot be surpassed. It's quiet, has amazing views, and the host has thought of everything you might need, even for your canine companion. We decided not to bring our pup this time but the host has clearly put thought into the pet friendliness. It was a cozy getaway and we would happily return here in a heartbeat.

Lovely stay. Very clean, nicely decorated property about 1/2 mile south of the end of the Seaside promenade. This location was perfect, the ocean was just steps across the road and there were few others on the beach. The house was very nice, with wonderful views. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. The bathroom was phenomenal! We enjoyed amenities like the hot tub on the back patio, and the provided bikes. We would gladly stay here again.

We had an amazing time at the Seaview House. The home was clean and inviting. The easy access to the beach allowed for many beach walks. The house is also close to everything in town including where all the shops and restaurants are. The Host was very responsive with questions. We will definitely book this home again in the future.

we love being so close to the beach !the home had everything we needed and is very well keptthe TV controller is perfect- not complicated I must say that the bathroom was the hit of our stay none of us had ever used a bidet so it was fun and we had a few laughs figuring that out having a toilet seat that lifts on approach and is warm on landing is amazing the shower is also very nice because it’s a walk in and it’s roomyoverall one of our best experiences on the Oregon coast will definitely be planning a return visit

Hot tub worked great, nice and hot. Very clean, my dog enjoyed all the balls! Views were spectacular and we made use of the big cooler and beach chairs. We couldn’t get the cable figured out but we found a perfect spot to watch the big Patriots game.

Even though the home was an older home it was in excellent condition and very clean. We had amazing views from the living room windows and spent time just sitting and enjoying the view. We had the ocean on one side and the mountains on the other. The Pacific Northwest Coast is a bit cooler than we are used to, so we enjoyed the fireplace in the evening. We did not use the hot tub. We just ran out of time with all the activities we enjoyed. We literally could just walk across the street to the beach. The honey-do list was very short and easy to complete. When I asked a few questions, the host was very prompt with a reply. We did a verbal check-in, mostly to make sure we knew how to operate the fireplace, the hot tub, etc. We did not prepare meals in house; however, this would have been easy to do in the kitchen. We had five people staying so one bathroom was the only downside to our stay, but there is an extra power room in the garage so that made everything work out. I will say the one bathroom is amazing! Washer and dryer worked great and was a big help to keep our luggage manageable. Loved the house and location. We are already planning another trip and hopefully a stay here.

Wonderful location and very clean. We love this place, it has a rwally good vibe. Only suggestion is to update couch which is looking tired (but that is minor). Love the beach right across the street. Great hosts!

Excellent vacation spot

Our family of 4 had an amazing stay. We loved the easy access to the beach and the amenities the house provided for us and our two kids. The house was spotless upon arrival and the host was great to work with. Highly recommend this to anyone traveling to seaside!

Malia was raised in Honaunau, Hawaii in a little town south of Kona. We love raising our daughter Pualani on the lovely Oregon Coast. Our business area includes Gearhart, Seaside, Cannon Beach & Arch Cape. We enjoy walking around the beaches year-round, swimming in the creeks during the summer warmer months, or surfing. Some of our favorite hiking spots are Oswald West and Ecola State Park from Crest beach to Indian beach. Everywhere we go we see someone we are connected to. From going to the post office, grocery shopping, having a meal, or just shopping. Which is why we started our business Kukui House Services here. Kukui means “light” in Hawaiian. Kukui “Light” House Services. We help owners with their rental or private home, and our guests so they experience a wonderful stay. Our clients tell us we are friendly, have quality cleans, and are responsive.
