We look forward to having you!
We offer contactless check-in and deep cleaning with hospital grade products.
During high season (July-August) bookings are Monday-Monday. In 2026 this will change to Wednesday-Wednesday.

Once you walk in you will never want to leave! This beautiful, all cedar in and out, main level living with loft, private beachfront home features floor to ceiling windows looking directly out onto the ocean. Enjoy a lovely meal on the spacious back deck, or relax in the hammock to the sound of the waves. Nestled next to Oswald West State Park and Arch Cape Creek you will experience privacy as well as breathtaking views. Explore the hundreds of sea creatures nestled around the rocks at low tide or step off the deck onto the sand for a walk along the beach. Enjoy an evening on the beautiful Oregon Coast with a fire on the beach. The quiet neighborhood of Arch Cape offers the perfect combination of beach time and easy access to the quaint towns of Cannon Beach and Manzanita. For any questions feel free to "Ask Owner a Question."

Enjoy cooking in our kitchen on our new 48” Wolf gas range with 4 burners, a grill, a griddle and 2 electric ovens. An extra large Subzero refrigerator, a beverage fridge and an insta-hot dispenser make this a chefs dream kitchen. Have a meal or just relax on the deck with a magnificent view and sounds of the ocean. Warm yourself by the large stone fireplace in the living room or switch on the gas fireplace in the primary bedroom for a cozy evening.

Such a clean, comfortable house for a family vacation of various ages and needs. The kitchen was a pleasure to cook in, loved the coffee/tea area with its own sink and filtered/ hot water. The beach was beautiful and my son loved sleeping in the loft. Great visits, highly recommended and love the Arch Cape proximity between Cannon Beach and Manzanita.

This house was absolutely perfect for our family of eight adults for a long weekend. First, the views are spectacular, the deck with chairs, the direct beach access, ability to have a fire on the beach, so many windows to allow for views from inside, the kitchen had everything we needed and space for multiple people to prep, cook, do dishes, fix drinks, the table sat all of us with room to spare, the living room with comfortable seating was perfect for playing games, and the wood-burning fireplace was the cherry on top! Perfect for family gatherings

Lovely location. Loft perfect for 4 older granddaughters and enough very comfortable beds on the main floor for the rest of us. Great view and only steps to the beach. Kitchen was fully stocked and labeled but plenty of drawers and cabinets were available for items we brought. Having 3 full baths was much appreciated. We all enjoyed our stay very much and look forward to returning.

The location was wonderful, with great beach access. Gorgeous deck and well stocked kitchen with top end appliances.Not as spacious as pictures appeared and at times it felt like we were a bit on top of each other. The loft was loved by the kiddos, but the vertical ladder was a surprise and could be dangerous for littles.

Wedding on the beach

We were in Arch Cape for our daughter's wedding on the beach and reception in Cannon Beach. The house was our home away from home while we were in town. Stunning views, gorgeous house and very comfortable! Highly recommend and would love to come back.

Our beautiful Oregon property is a family affair! I own this wonderful property and have family members help. My brother Dale and his wife Becky manage it remotely from Utah. We have loved being able to open our home to people who love the Oregon coast just like us! Anytime there are a couple days open we try to get away to enjoy the home and when we can't be there we love to make it a wonderful place for our guests to stay.

Why they chose this property

We love the location of our home as it sits adjacent to the Arch Cape Creek and Oswald West State Park with old-forest growth. Making this a quiet, secluded part of the beach. We have easy access to the beach and constant views of the amazing surf and moody Oregon weather. At low tide we can walk to Hug Point or all the way into Cannon Beach. Going south on the beach you'll see the rock arch formation that gave our beach its name. Every evening you'll experience a calendar worthy sunset from the deck.
