House near the Thuringian Sea

To rent a holiday home in Unterwellenborn district Könitz. You can enjoy (by car 5 minutes) very close to the 'Thüringer Sea'. many attractions like the Saalfeld Fairy Caves, the castle Heidecksburg, the castle Ranis that Schwarzadal the Greifenstein castle in Bad Blankenburg also lie so near. Furthermore there is the possibility to pursue various sporting activities. Könitz located directly on the Saale Cycle Route and directly in Könitz exists a Republic-wide known archery field. In Kaulsdorf and Altenbeuthen the possibility Paragliding is carried out both as a slope start as well with winds.
Also appearing in Hohenwarte a very nice 18 hole mini-golf course.
On the Saale You have the possibility to perform various water and boat sports.

Prices are incl. Bed linen, towels and cleaning. Minimum 3 days / nights. For stays under 3 days we charge 5.00 € per day.
Furthermore, an extra bed for a 4th and 5th. Person on a sofa bed for 5,00 € per day / person possible. Pet € 5.00 per day / per pet.

We can provide wood for the fireplace, but we have to charge 2.50 € per basket.

Wir haben den Urlaub in dem Ferienhaus sehr genossen. Eine schöne Einrichtung, großzügig Platz, alles was wir brauchten war vorhanden. Trotz der sommerlichen Hitze war es im Haus wohl temperiert. Ansonsten war es auf der Terrasse angenehm luftig. Oder im großen Pool angenehm erfrischend. Auch unsere Hunde haben sich wohl gefühlt. In der nächsten Umgebung konnten sie prima laufen. Danke für die schöne, erholsame Zeit in dem Haus!

In dem sehr schön eingerichtete Ferienhaus haben wir( OpaOma Enkelkind) uns sehr wohl gefühlt.Es war alles da, was nötig ist, um unbeschwert ein paar Tage Urlaub zu machen.Highlight ist natürlich der Pool, das kleine Volleyballfeld und die TT- Platte für alle Sportbegeisterten.

Tolles Ferienhaus

Das Ferienhaus liegt in einer ruhigen Umgebung. Von hier aus gelangt man in wenigen Fahrminuten zu einem Bäcker, zu Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, an den Hohenwartestausee, in die Schokoladenfabrik, an die Feengrotten oder zu verschiedenen Schlössern. Die Gastgeber sind in unmittelbarer Nähe und sehr gastfreundlich. Für Familien ist das Ferienhaus bestens geeignet.

Unglaublich schön und herzlich!

Das Ferienhaus lässt keine Wünsche offen! Komfort ist das Zauberwort für diese tolle Unterkunft. Die Gastgeber haben sich sehr viel Mühe bei der Einrichtung gegeben. Auch ist das Haus absolut sauber und sinnvoll eingerichtet. Und der Pool und Garten sind gepflegt und machen einfach Spaß. Die Gastgeber sind so herzlich und freundlich, dass wir uns gleich willkommen gefühlt haben! Die Umgebung bietet viele Möglichkeiten und Ausflugsziele für junge Familien und Familien mit größeren Kindern. Wir schwärmen all unseren Freunden und der Familie vor wie schön es doch war 😊 Ein ganz herzliches Dankeschön für die wunderschönen Ferien bei so lieben Menschen in einem kleinen Traumhaus!

Es war ein super entspannter Urlaub. Tolles Ferienhaus, super nette Vermieter, auch wenn sie uns genau Visavis waren hat uns das nicht gestört,das sie kaum zu sehen waren und wenn doch gabs immer ein kleinen Schnack. Die Gegend ist wunderschön,viele Ausflugsziele. Definitiv weiter zu empfehlen!

Traumferienhaus in Thüringen

Ein super netter Empfang von den Vermietern dieses sehr schönen Ferienhauses. Wir haben uns von der ersten Minute an sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Haus und das Grundstück sind mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet und gestaltet. Wir werden es auf jeden Fall weiter empfehlen und sind auch schon mehrfach gefragt worden, wo dieses Haus steht. Einfach toll!

Ein wirklich schönes Ferienhaus, mit ganz viel Liebe zum Detail gebaut und eingerichtet. Auch der herrliche Ausblick von der Terrasse lässt einen direkt im Urlaub ankommen. Familie Gruner hat uns herzlich in Ihrem kleinen Paradies empfangen. Wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt und konnten unseren Urlaub in vollen Zügen genießen. Wir kommen gerne wieder :-)

Toller Urlaub in einem Traumhaus

Entspannung, Natur und Erlebnis bietet der schöne Thüringer Wald, dazu das schöne Ferienhaus der Familie Gruner in Ihrer kleinen perfekten und wunderschönen Oase mit einer tollen Gastfreundschaft, besser konnten wir es nicht treffen, die Reservierung für nächstes Jahr folgt heute noch, wir freuen uns schon sehr drauf.

Sehr schöne Unterkunft

Die Tage in Könitz und Umgebung haben uns gut gefallen. Die Vermieter waren sehr freundlich und offen. Das Ferienhaus ist sehr liebevoll eingerichtet und eignet sich auch gut, wenn das Wetter mal nicht so mitspielt. Auch die Außenanlage mit dem Pool und den Palmen hat echtes Urlaubsflair (Pool war auch sehr sauber und gepflegt). Wir können die Unterkunft sehr weiter empfehlen.
