On the seafront promenade of Les Sables d'Olonne, facing the beach, on the 7th floor of a residence with elevator, this 2-star furnished tourist apartment includes a bathroom with shower, toilet, and washing machine; a kitchen with ceramic hob, extractor hood, microwave, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, and dishwasher; a bedroom with a 140x190cm bed facing the sea; and a living room with a 140x190cm sofa bed, table, and television, opening onto a balcony with sea-facing furniture. Ref. APPA 116. Linens are not provided.

To be paid upon arrival: tourist tax and security deposit by credit card or bank check, as well as a €90 cleaning deposit.
