Nestled in the town centre of Le Bono, this family home, freshly renovated with taste, offers you good comfort amenities.

It offers on the ground floor a garage, a laundry area and a shower room with WC.

On the upper level, a large living space combining lounge and dining room opening onto a modern open-plan kitchen, offers a convivial shared space. A bathroom with bath and shower and separate WC complete this level.

On the second level, three bedrooms with a maximum capacity of eight beds make up a pleasant and cosy sleeping area.



The house is surrounded by a small garden. Parking is available in the garden in front of the house (no street parking).

Close to Auray, Vannes, Trinité-sur-Mer, Carnac, Erdeven, the Quiberon Peninsula and the fabulous Gulf of Morbihan. The Carnac region, a seaside resort renowned for its beaches, is world-famous for its alignments of menhirs.



Other activities: Water sports. Fishing on foot or by boat. For enthusiasts, Baden Golf is 15 minutes' drive away.
