This adorable unit has an Arizona western flare. It is in the heart of Prescott, just minutes from the downtown square. 850 sq ft, Sleeps 6, 2 Bedrooms, 2 queen beds and 1 sofa bed in LR, 1 full bath, kitchen, balcony. This comfortable and cozy unit located upstairs and is ready for you to rest & relax. There is a dog run area downstairs that you can take your pooch to, to do his/her business. It is set up with baggies and pooper scooper. There is a coin-op laundry room on the property for your convenience and security cameras in the parking lot. We are a mile from downtown, close to the rodeo grounds, and within walking distance to the newly improved Granite Park with 5 acres of fun filled activities. Lots of shopping and 5-star restaurants to partake in as well as all the hiking trails and 3 nearby fabulous lakes to explore. Some of the amenities include: Two Smart TVs, Wi-Fi. Shampoo, conditioner, soaps, ironing board and iron, extra linens for sofa bed (unit sleeps 6). Complete kitchen with granite countertops and stainless-steel appliances. New Years fun

When we arrived the code given did not work. After several emails back and forth we were. Able to finally get in. In the description of the property it was not clear that the unit was on the second floor and this was a bit difficult with our family dog
