It’s perfect for a large group looking for extra privacy. This comfortable and cozy unit is ready for you to rest & relax. The backyard features an area for you and your dog to enjoy the outdoors. Cook some burgers on the grill or relax under the gazebo while Fido has his own privacy area to take care of business. There is a laundry room on the property for your convenience and security cameras in the parking lot.. We are a mile from downtown, close to the rodeo grounds, and within walking distance to the newly improved Granite Park with 5 acres of fun filled activities. Lots of shopping and 5-star restaurants to partake in as well as all the hiking trails and 3 nearby fabulous lakes to explore. Some of the amenities include: Two Smart TVs, Wi-Fi. Shampoo, conditioner, soaps, ironing board and iron, extra linens for sofa bed (unit sleeps 6). Complete kitchen with granite countertops and stainless-steel appliances. Dog friendly

this was a great find. A very comfortable two bedroom apartment that is very dog, friendly, with dog clean up supplies included. The only hitch is that we were given the wrong code to check in and it took about 30 minutes to reach somebody so that we could get into the apartment.

"Home away from Home"!

This was an ideal "home" for nearly four weeks as we relocated to the area. The downstairs units are perfect for those with a dog. The location is so convenient to all downtown Prescott has to offer. And, as an "extra", Brenda, and the whole property management team was exceptional.
