Great location…beach only minutes away! Pool area was wonderful! Doc Fords next door has excellent food and good happy hours! Condo had everything we needed! As others have said, there is traffic noise from the bridge but it quieted down in the evenings and didn’t disturb our sleep. Excellent value condo! Great communication with the owner!

Great location.

Stayed for a week and loved it. The balcony gets full afternoon sun and was able to watch the dolphins, sea birds and boats in the bay. The owner is very responsible and the place was very clean. The only drawback is the noise from the road but you get used to it after a day or two. Will stay again for sure.

Nice getaway

The property is nice right on the intracoastal. Views are great. Nice big balcony. The response time from the property manager were fast. The only downside we had was the pool. It’s very nice but it closes at dusk, which we did not know about prior to booking. That was the only thing that bothered us. It was also closed the 1st 2 days we were there but closing at dusk really sucks. Other than that it was a nice place

Dear Bradley, I am glad you like my place. However I am quite disappointed, after all you said in your review, you left me lw rating. I understand you didn't like the fact the pool was closed after dusk, but this is Florida law, and unfortunately, I have no control over this. I wish you would ask ask about it before your arrival, I am always happy to respond any questions my guests have. I wasn't aware of pool closing either,(other for regular maintenance) I would address that right away unfortunately you didn't communicate any issues. I hope you had a good time regardless. I am always thrive to provide best service available to all my guests.

Hidden Gem

This is a great complex and unit and it comes at a great value compared to other properties. You are a short drive away from everything: beaches, grocery/stores, bars/restaurants plus a restaurant and boat rental/marina within walking distance. If you're like me, you're bringing so much to the beach that even if you're a couple blocks away that walk can be dreadful so you drive anyways. You'll save hundreds by staying here. Unit was clean, had a full kitchen, washer/dryer and great outdoor space. This particular unit is pretty close to the bridge for those sensitive to noise. I travel and sleep with a white noise machine so no issues for me. Pool area is great but stays shaded for a bit. Worth mentioning that I thought there was a camera at the entry outside (camera was disclosed) but it is actually inside the unit facing the unit door which happens to be by the bathroom too. Overall stay was great and host was accessible when needed. Would stay again.

Birthday getaway

We had the MOST AMAZING time! Thank you for opening your beautiful home to us. It was the perfect relaxing weekend I was hoping for. Doc Fords opened this weekend right beside the condo and we couldn't have asked for a more delicious restaurant/bar within walking distance.
