This modern 1 bedroom 1 bath 1st floor condo is on the “quiet side” of the building you will not hear an traffic from the overpass It boasts a large private balcony over looking the Boca Ciega Bay and is a perfect way to enjoy the sunsets or watch the dolphins and boats go by. This condo is fully furnished with 2 HD TV's free internet washer and dryer, cook and dinnerware. An extra comfortable Murphy bed makes sure your extra guests wont have to sleep on a pull out sofa bed. 10 minute ride to all the gold coast beaches and some of the finest restaurants and bars. The resort offers an over-sized pool deck, pool, and jacuzzi that overlook the bay. It is truly Paradise Found.
