Keepin' It Reel is a ground level 2BR/2BA brand new home, in the heart of Carrabelle. It's conveniently located 3 minutes from Carrabelle Beach and across the street from the Carrabelle Boat Club. Downtown Carrabelle and multiple marinas are just around the corner. St. George Island is 25 minutes away. Tates Hell National Forest and Carrabelle Airport is only 1 mile away. Close to everything, yet still very private.

This master bedroom is equipped with a California King and TV, walk-in closet and walk-in shower. The second bedroom has a queen size bed and TV, with a full bathroom across the hall. The living room has a queen pull out couch and the ottoman turns into a twin rollaway bed, to sleep up to 7. This property also boasts a private community pool.

Home is equipped with a 50" smart TV in living area, a washer & dryer, and fully stocked kitchen. Additional amenities include: gas grill, two beach chairs, beach umbrella, beach towels, small cooler, WiFi, easy self-check in, 24 hour exterior surveillance on your boat and fishing gear.

Holiday Family Getaway

House was everything it was listed as and more. Was very pleasantly surprised at the cleanliness of this nearly brand new house. Was a great location for our holiday getaway, and everything about the rental exceeded expectations. We will be back!

Great little get away

Sweet fishing town and sweet people all around us, even the neighbors were sweet. The home is beautiful and convenient to the beach and IGA.

Property location was great, it was very clean and quiet. Kitchen is well stocked. Beds are very comfortable. Only negative was TV service was slim to none.

WONDERFUL COTTAGE!

Keepin' It Reel is GREAT! We had a truly pleasant stay! The neighborhood is QUIET and feels SAFE. The porch is INVITING and we would have enjoyed it more if it hadn't been July when we visited. The cottage is CLEAN. The beds are COMFORTABLE. The kitchen is WELL-APPOINTED. The bathrooms are SPACIOUS and well-designed. Can't really speak for the laundry room, but it is there and had we needed it. The pool is convenient, right through the back yard (it looks farther away on google maps...). We opened the door to the cottage upon arrival and felt that, "Ahhh... this is nice." A welcome feeling after a long drive! We are pretty picky when it comes to places to stay, and if everything is just OK, we usually do not leave a review, but the company was professional and easy to work with, the cottage exceeded our expectations, and we had such a nice stay that we just had to share. We almost hate to leave such a good review though because this little cottage will be booked solid now that the secret is out! Just PLEASE save a little room on the books for us, because we WILL be back!
