This gated community sits on a bluff overlooking the sound and is adjacent to Tate' s Hell State Forest between the towns of Carrabelle & Eastpoint. From the home, there is a slope and a 2-lane road (Hwy 98) to navigate to access the bay's beach (though not really a swimming beach) and the fishing the dock. Drive to Carrabelle Beach in just a few minutes or to St. George Island (SGI) beaches in just 15-20 minutes.
