Affordable condo in a great location and well equipped with everything we needed for a few days. Enjoyed the pool access. This unit could use some upgraded linens and a little TLC as well as good deep clean. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, but if you are a bit more particular, it’s probably best for you to spend a little more for some upgrades elsewhere.

Perfect location for relaxing weekend.

Traveled to Appalachicola for a friend’s wedding. The condo is located close to all the great activities in downtown. Check in process was a breeze. Condo is clean and well furnished. The view of the river was the best.

This was our first visit to this cute town. This location is perfect. It is within walking distance to restaurants and shops. A very peaceful place with a beautiful view. Clean and the owner had great communication. We loved our stay so much we extended our reservation another night. We cannot wait to come back and visit and would absolutely stay here again.

Very nice.

Spacious unit, with a very nice screened in porch that has an outstanding view of the river. Owner and property manager were very responsive to initial problems that we had with access to cable TV. Would highly recommend this property if you're planning to stay in Apalachicola.

Creaky bed

This is a great property but the master bed creaks with every movement. Fix that and it’s perfect. Walking distance to downtown and all the shops.

Very Nice Condo!

Overall, It's a nice condo with nice view of the river and marina. Close enough to everything to be convenient, we walked and biked. And still quiet for sitting on the porch to relax and enjoy the view. Minor issues here and there but we got 'em fixed. Supper support from Lauren!

I was never sent check in info from individual renter, luckily this condo is connected to a hotel and the front desk was vey helpful. Black mold, water damage painted over, dusting was minimal and many dirty fishes. I messaged renter with complaint after 48 hours of no response I’m leaving this unfortunate review. My husband and I came home with chest congestion and went straight to the doctor! View was beautiful and staff helpful. Great location to raw bars, fishing and walk to town.

Porchfest 2024

Nice condo. Easy to walk downtown. Close to everything. Beautiful view! Loved the screened in porch. Comfortable and had everything we needed. Only gave 4 stars because we had some issues with check in and the safe didn’t work. Overall a great trip! I would rent again.

A Great Escape!

We had packed up our kiddos and dog to escape from Hurricane Milton and were so very grateful to find something pet-friendly with a pool, as well. The location is FANTASTIC, and the town is lovely. The porch on the marsh is gorgeous and peaceful, and there unit itself contained just about anything one might need - super helpful. Our only sadness was that it was not as clean as it could be. Our feet were immediately dirty from the floors, the linens smelled sour, there were cobwebs in the corners and dust in many areas. A bit of a housekeeping update and things would have been absolute perfection!

A little slice of paradise in Apalachicola

There really is nothing like waking up early in the morning, brewing a cup of coffee in the kitchen, then walking out onto the screened patio overlooking Scipio Creek to watch the sun rise. Be sure to walk down to the Biscuit Factory for homemade biscuits (their grandma’s recipe) with your favorite toppings for only $5. Also, as an electric car driver, the complimentary charging station was a great perk.

Apalach weekend

Our condo is owned by an individual so I am sure these problems are unique to that unit. Neither tv was working. One you could only turn on but none of the menu options worked. Other worked you could get one or two channels but then would turn off. Ice maker not working. Smoke detector missing inside front door. Odor in back bathroom. We fixed by flushing water in sink and tub - maybe not used in a while? Towel bar in back bath needs to be tightened. Paint peeling in back bath. Double bed mattress needs to be replaced. We would definitely stay on the property again but not in that unit. Love the location and proximity to downtown Apalach.

Great location

We stayed with another couple for 2 nights. Great common space & expected amenities. Bathroom could use a little tlc but was clean. The screened in balcony over the rive was fantastic. Easy walk to town. Would stay again.
