We enjoyed our stay and the location is perfect and within easy walking distance to bars, restaurants and shopping. A plumbing problem occurred before we checked in but the property manager was in constant communication with us and we were able to get checked in on time before a scheduled event. Unit is comfortable and had all the things we needed for a weekend getaway. Would definitely recommend staying here for your stay in beautiful Apalachicola!

Waterstreet is our favorite “hotel” (really it’s a 2br/2 bath condo). We have stayed in 3 different units here and they are all amazing! The condo was tastefully decorated and well stocked and the complex is well kept. The screened in porch overlooking the water is so peaceful. I would prefer to stay here over the beach. There are several electric car chargers on site which is very convenient for people with electric cars.

True Apalach Experience!

Apalachicola is our favorite place to get away to. We only live an hour away and it never disappoints! This condo is perfect in every way! It’s clean, super comfy king bed, A/C works great to keep you cool, and the view of the Apalachicola River and marsh from the screened in patio sets it apart from any other place to stay in Apalach! We will be back!!!

Great location!

I have stayed in this complex many times, I love the location and the units are great. This particular unit had mold on the walls in the corner of the master bedroom, the bathroom is I need of repair/updating, the pics on Vrbo are very deceiving. I am happy to share pics of the different issues related to the bathroom. Again, I love staying here but the pics are very deceiving.

Great place except....

This was a great location, short walk to everything downtown has to offer. Hated that I did not have a working washer machine. There were not enough bath towels and after spending the day at St. George Island, really wanted to wash my beach towels to be ready for day two on the island. Would have liked the property manager to let me know before hand so that I could have brought more towels.

Limited storage and no internet service

We loved the property and have stayed in several of the units many times. This unit was spotless with new linens and excellent kitchen service. But, this unit was not designed for 4 adults. The small bunk room does not have any hanging or storage space. There is no space for luggage. And the bathroom connected to the bunk room does not have any areas to rest things with only one hook on the wall. We were on a business trip and unfortunately did not have internet service for the 6 days of stay. The property manager would not return calls for this problem. It was very disappointing. We managed to get them to the unit once but the reset did not work. Again, no return calls from the property manager. While we love staying at this location, our next visit will not not be with this agency.

Great place- close to everything in town

My husband and I stayed here during the Thanksgiving holiday and we had a great time. The room was nicely appointed and quiet. We enjoyed watching the wild life from the screened-in balcony. Downtown events and restaurants in the quaint town of Apalachicola were just a few steps down the road. Shrimp boat Santa was a nice way to kick off our Christmas season! We will definitely be staying here again.

You're going to love this property.....

Nice clean and cozy condo that’s within a ½ mile walking distance for all the cool stuff to do downtown. Beds are very comfortable. Great staff, Kathy was extremely helpful and wonderful to work with. We’ll definitely be back, such a neat historic town.

Wonderful experience with this property. Short walk to all the shops and restaurants of downtown Appalachicola. The unit itself feels very homey and comfortable with plenty of room and natural light flooding in through the French doors. The only negative was that the dishwasher needed some help with cleaning the flatware/ plates but that didn’t put a damper on our weekend. Will absolutely book again.
