Bonjour Philophe, Merci d'avoir pris le temps de laisser cet avis et d'avoir souligné l'accueil, la communication et la conformité de l'annonce. Je prends bonne note de votre remarque sur la propreté et je vous présente mes excuses pour l'état du four, qui n'aurait pas dû vous être remis ainsi. Vos photos ont été transmises à notre prestataire externe d'entretien et un contrôle renforcé a été mis en place, en particulier sur l'électroménager. Concernant le forfait ménage, il correspond à l'entretien complet d'une maison de campagne rustique de très grande surface, répartie sur plusieurs niveaux, avec ses nombreux escaliers, ses pierres apparentes, ses tomettes anciennes et ses espaces extérieurs. Le montant couvre plusieurs heures de travail effectif et non un simple passage entre deux séjours. Pour la télévision, son absence est volontaire et précisée dans l'annonce : le Cantou du Viaduc est pensé comme une parenthèse au calme, face au viaduc. Je comprends néanmoins que cela ait pu vous manquer et j'en tiens compte. Merci encore pour votre séjour, au plaisir de vous accueillir à nouveau.
