The building was built in 1923, so enjoy the old mixed wit the new. In the middle of downtown Hollister. It is an upstairs apartment that overlooks the streets, it can be loud at night with all the people walking and the music, a great place if you want to be in the middle of the action.

Why they chose this property
We typically rent this property month to month, we have had many people ask us "why don't you rent it as a vacation rental property" so we decided to give it a try. Its such a great location and there are not a lot of places that have full apartments for people to stay when they come to town for weddings, events, also traveling nurses. We are centrally located to so many other towns in our area.
