About this property

A retreat for all seasons! Enjoy peace and solitude at our 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom home nestled at the end of a cul-de-sac. Our home sits on 3-acres and backs to open space. Expansive views from every window of the house.

Fairplay is perfect for outdoor enthusiasts looking for adventure, as well as those wanting to relax and unwind in the beautiful Rockies.

We are 3 miles to downtown Fairplay, 40 minutes to Breckenridge, 45 minutes to Buena Vista, and 1.5 hours from Denver.

Our house comfortably sleeps 6 people. We also have a pull-out sofa on the lower level that can sleep an additional 2 people. Our maximum capacity is 8 people.

We love dogs and know how difficult it can be to find a place to bring your pup(s). We allow up to two dogs, with approval, for an additional $100 fee.

OUTDOOR LIVING: Gas grill with unlimited propane, large deck with comfortable outdoor seating, expansive mountain view, 3-acres of open space and privacy.

KITCHEN: Fully equipped kitchen with gas stove, microwave, drip coffee maker, coffee grinder, french press, blender, Crock-Pot, assorted teas, coffee, spices, and basic condiments. There's also a local grocery store just a short 7-minute drive away that will have anything you may need.

INDOOR LIVING: Free wifi, 2 flat-screen Smart TVs with DISH, dining table with extra seating to accommodate up to 8 people. Board games, foosball table, and basketball game downstairs.

PARKING: Garage and driveway (up to 6 vehicles).

GENERAL: Fresh linens and towels, central heat, complimentary toiletries, hairdryer, iron/ironing board, washer, and dryer.

Our house is perfect for couples, families, and furry friends ($100 pet fee)!

Highly recommend!

I've rented dozens of VRBO homes and this one is the best so far. It came well appointed and ready for use. It was only me staying there but this would be a great property for a family or group of friends. I highly recommend this property and will likely rent there again.

Nice, clean property.

Comfortable and quiet, nice location. Enjoyed our stay, only issues include water pressure was very poor in two bathrooms and beds not quite as advertised. Listing shows a double futon for the fourth bed, but it was really a sofa sleeper, which was uncomfortable. Overall was a good stay for us.

Beautiful getaway with amazing stars!

This property is absolutely amazing!! We eloped in the mountains and our small group stayed at Mrs. Paula's amazing property!! It was so perfect, well stocked with everything you need (way more than other properties we've stayed at), and so comfortable!! The check in and out process was so easy and we wish we could have stayed longer! The only thing that might be an issue for some is the road in, it's dirt and can be really rough (especially after a storm) but it is the only thing you might have an issue with. Again, the house and property are amazing!! We stayed during a new moon and discovered the Milky Way directly over the house!! It was stunning!! This is definitely a place I recommend you stay!!
