Remove personal items and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
If grill was used please remove the grease and clean the grill.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
There is a 2-car parking maximum during your stay. Please park in front of the garage doors only. Do not park on the lawn or blocking the sidewalk.
Music must be at a respectful level, especially during quiet hours (10 PM – 8 AM). NO parties allowed! We want to ensure a peaceful environment.
There is NO tampering with any Wi-Fi settings or unplugging the router.
